Much better than star rating given and well cleaned and maintained. Free courtesy buses to the airport and city regularly you must use, don't try taxis as they get lost finding this place and try to overcharge. Very close to the airport, good rooms and decent food albeit a little bit expensive but much better than airport options. Pre or... More

The main problem with this hotel is that none of the taxi drivers working the airport seem to know where it is, and the address that is listed for the property seems to be very confusing to find. My cabbie had to stop and ask around 8 people before he finally found the location. It doesn't help that there doesn't... More

I know this hotel for 5 years and send there others customers , but the service and behaviour of the staff become so bad , arrogant, unpolite . Nobody care . Dinner expensive and bad . 68 cny for a cesar very small salad for example . I will never go again and advice everyone to choose another hotel

Overnighted here between flights. Definitely recommend it. Reliable shuttle to airport—about a 10 minute drive. Located at exit door #5 in terminal 3. Be sure to cross the road to where the van parks. Room was very elegant with polished wood and marble floors. Bed was western style—that is, not rock-hard like so many Chinese hotels! I was quite surprised... More

First impressions were good as we were met at the airport by a bell boy who escorted us to a waiting car. Having booked a superior room it was a nice surprise to find that we had been allocated a loft room with lounge and cloakroom on lower floo; bedroom and full bathroom above. It all went downhill from there:... More

Myself and my wife stayed there for 1 night in the beginning of May 2014 after the long 8 hr non-stop flight which arrived at the airport at 1 am. There's no cheap public transportation from the airport to the city at this time (the last metro train departs from the airport between 10.30 - 11 pm, the same with... More

I had a 12 hour layover in Beijing, so I booked a room here. Nice hotel. I got a big suite, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and a nice bathroom. Bathroom had lots of amenities, including shampoo, soap, lots of towels and….a condom! Well, that was the first time I've sent that in a hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good... More

the hotel has changed its shuttle bus system and now you must phone to be collected. I booked to stay in May and phoned 3 times before the bus arrived. Waited more than 50mins and then we drove to the next terminal! - so took over an hour to get to the hotel. Was not happy and reception said they... More

As I had to stay overnight in PEK arriving from overseas at midnight and heading for Hebei Province in the early morning, I thought that it was a good idea to have an airport hotel - unfortunately, my secretary booked the CITIC Airport hotel. Shuttle bus from T3 was smoky, driver not really motivated and even worse going to the... More
