We stayed for three days and had a good time. Friendly service, spacious suite (but no door to bed room - not so ideal). Pool is best of the hotel, it is huge despite you don't see day light there. Food is ok in the Grand Cafe. Selection of western and asian food is ok. We did not try the... More

Great staff. You have to hit the pool and workout facilities even if you don't work out. The pool is freeform but also 55 meters long. Has to be one of the largest in Beijing. Location is central and close to the Forbidden City. Unreal Jacuzzi in the spa section (opens at 0600). A favorite place to stay.

This hotel had excellent service from the time I walked in to the time I left. Check-in was quick and easy, staff speaking good English. The room had a spectacular view but with no noise issues. The meal options had enough variety to make it easy to stay in if you wished to. The bed, I initially thought too hard,... More

This hotel has excellent service and if you want to pay more money, do so for the breakfast & cocktails. I didn't feel like I was in China though, but of course I was in a Hyatt. Towels were fantastic, bed a little hard!

In short, this is not a well-run facility. Try somewhere else unless you are on a family holiday and are strictly price-driven. (There do seem to be family groups at the hotel who clearly are not in Beijing on business.) Let's start with the large toothpick I found in the shower stall. It was still there after 24 hours. Perhaps... More

The quality and service of this hotel exceeded expectations. We held an event here, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Food was great and the hotel bar was really lovely. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March. We had a two bedroom suite on their Club Level. It was completely worth it. We have a family of 5. Kids are 14.13 and 9. The two bedrooms were great. We pushed the two beds together in the kids room and they were just fine. The living room... More

Stayed here twice already. The service is always good, breakfast is not bad. Location is quite central and the shopping below ground is convenient. They upgraded me in this last stay which was nice: the "room" was essentially an apartment! Would definitely go back again if just for the friendly service. A bit expensive though.

A very comfortable and modern hotel in the heart of Beijing. Located just next to Wang Fu Jing, a shopping street. Very convenient. But I had 2 taxi drivers who had problem locating it. Room: comfortable and clean cut modern deco. My only gripe is that there is no place to put my luggage except in the wardrobe standing up.... More

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Oriental Plaza with plenty of high end shops, walking distance to Wangfujing street and night food market. The Club rooms are very confortable with all you might need, especially for business travellers, with a large desk, plenty of AC sockets to charge all yr stuffs. Bathroom just too small, especially shower if... More
