We stayed for a week in the Hyatt. It's a very decent hotel, but if you are looking for something special, something more off the beaten track, a bit trendy or hip, this is not the place to go. It is your tipical business hotel and has everything you need, but that's about it. The gym is great and quite... More

Having stayed here a few times I felt it was time to write a review. I really enjoy staying at this hotel for the following reasons: club level lounge, central location (above two metro lines and a shopping complex), and proximity to forbidden city (just a few blocks). The rooms are nicely appointed and the club level concierge staff will... More

On a family trip to Beijing, we upgraded to a suite on the club floor in this hotel and the experience was ideal -- king and twin rooms joined by a sitting room with kitchenette. The location is unbeatable, with the Forbidden City within easy walking distance, and a co-located mall for a quick snack or coffee. Our children loved... More

Stayed in Grand Hyatt for almost a week for business purpose. To be honest, the room does not reach Hyatt standard, not to mention it's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The buffet in Grand Cafe is bad... the food tasted really bad. I didn't have to pay cause the company covered it, but I couldn't believe buffet in... More

Luxury hotel located 2 blocks from Forbidden City, with adjacent shopping mall. As most chain hotels in mainland China quality varies in services, but staff tried hard and services were very good during our stay. More

I had very high expectations from this hotel but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with first person we met upon check in, Ann. Since we were quite a large family, we booked the Grand Deluxe 2-Bedroom Suite for 4 nights. Even before we left for our trip, we made sure that we already prepaid our suite so that we no... More

Dear Reviewer Obviously I was very disappointed to read the feedback about your recent stay with us. Indeed we can do much, much better in serving our guests and as you rightly pointed out, there is a clear "training gap" with this particular individual. Please rest assured I will personally address this with our Driector of Rooms and Front Office... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however the suite was average to say the least, although spacious. The sitting room was plain and lacking any adornments. One of the table lamps wasn't working and wasn't fixed despite reporting. The carpets were fraying at the edges... More

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Beijing for 2 nights on our first visit to Beijing, and were very happy with our stay. It helped that we were upgraded to a suite, which was large and spacious and very quiet. We stayed a week at this hotel in late January and found this hotel to just what the name implies "GRAND". We were treated better at this hotel than I have ever been treated before.
