I have stayed in other five stars around in the Wangfujing area, but I think this one, on average, is slightly better than other competitors. The room looks new, perhaps newly renovated. It's clean and service is ok. At least my shoes were shined and returned within 2 hours in the evening. The location is good, if you want this... More

Stayed here for 6 nights along with family. Had the two bedroom apartment which was of decent size. Amenities were average. Cleanliness was good. Good assistance desk that helped us arrange tours, guided us for shopping and also assisted for flights check-in. Location is the best feature of this property. Tianamen square and forbidden city is within walking distance. Also... More

We stayed here for two nights using Hyatt bonus nights my husband earned as he travels a lot on business and stays at Hyatt properties. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a Grand Hyatt property - nice room/bathroom/amenities, as well as a good location. Had service been standard Grand Hyatt service, there would be nothing to complain... More

This hotel sets the standard for excellence. Stayed here June 2014, and found it to be far more beautiful than the pictures would indicate. The lobby and public areas are immaculate. The staff is gracious, thoughtful, very helpful, very professional. The rooms are large and very clean. In the rooms are also universal data ports --- which means you do... More

I have traveled with my family of 4 for the past 6 years and this was the most we ever spent on a hotel. We splurged for no other reason than because we took a long flight, like everyone else, and traveling for 4 weeks through sweltering heat. So we figured we would treat ourselves. Outstanding decision. Incredible location, awesome... More

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt, Beijing for two weeks in April 2014. Since I was there with a group that frequents the hotel multiple times per year, we were able to secure the concierge level and each of us had a suite, which may make my review a little suspect to those staying in other parts of the hotel.... I stayed here for 5 nights recently and was pleased with the hotel. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms are large, clean, and with all the modern amenities you'd expect to find in this price range. Importantly, they have universal electrical receptacles in the rooms so that you don't need any adapter to plug in your... More

This hotel is a large corporate hotel – nothing more, nothing less. The hotel’s location is one of the most valuable things, very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. There is also a mall connected and a subway stop right out front. The room was comfortable, perhaps a tad small, but comfortable nonetheless. There wasn’t anything fancy or... More

I brought my two kids to Beijing to meet up my wife at the tail end of her business trip. I chose the hotel primarily for the location and convenience. Sitting atop one of the largest malls in Beijing, I thought it'd be handy if I needed to get anything last minute. Though surprisingly we didn't even once step foot... More

This hotel is in a perfect location in Beijing- centrally located and close to all you would want to see and do. Beijing is a massive city (in terms of land space) so most things you would have to get to require either subway or cabs. This hotel is close to both and connected to a mall which has a... More
