The hotel is outside the main area of Beijing but if with a tour group you have no issues .Beijing is such a big city so look at what you are doing etc.About 1 hour from airport. The breakfast is good but like most of china food was not hot enough by western standards

We stayed at this hotel on our first nights in China as part of a Nexus Tour. It is a huge hotel, catering for tour groups and is a very long way from the centre. It has large comfortable rooms - some were even double story, and had kitchens. The kitchens were not equipped though. The front desk staff a... More

A spacious well appointed hotel with massive marble bathrooms, very comfortable firm beds, impressive lobbies, many eating areas, a large breakfast buffet area, cafe, bars, disco, pool, gym, gardens and even a bowling alley. It is the little things that stop it from being excellent, like the power points that are not properly attached to the wall, the lack of... More

We loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean and did not smell of smoke which was pleasing. The hotel is not located in the city area but this did not worry us as were part of a tour group. One problem is they do not speak English very well so it was very hard to try and talk to... More

The Loong Palace is a huge hotel/resort which offers large rooms, a good breakfast and a range of on-site leisure facilities. There is a good mix of western and Asian foods at breakfast. It is a fair distance from the city but as we were on an organised tour, our bus solved this problem. There are restaurants on site, but... More

There were about forty of us staying for our first night in Beijing. We found that all our rooms were spacious and modern. Loved the polished floors. Climbing the stairs to the bedrooms was a bit hard after a long day of sightseeing but the size of the rooms and the large bathroom made it worth it. We all had... More

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days before our tour started. The rooms here were great and breakfast was very nice, good selection of western and asian foods. The hotel is a bit far out of the city but you can get a bus from outside the hotel to the closest metro station and then get a... More

We stayed here for the first four nights of our China tour. Didn't expect such a luxurious hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Lovely rooms. As we returned to the hotel on our 2nd night on the bus, a woman said " I wish we were staying there". I said " We are!"

I spent a few weeks in Beijing a year ago working on an automotive project. All of the English speaking contractors stayed in this hotel. The service from start to finish was professional, friendly and the staff went out of their way to insure that our stay was trouble free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining atmosphere and... More

Concierge was very helpful, I bought a mobile phone with their assistance, the phone was delivered the next day. Samsung copy love it, it has two sim cards one for Australia and abroad.
