There were about forty of us staying for our first night in Beijing. We found that all our rooms were spacious and modern. Loved the polished floors. Climbing the stairs to the bedrooms was a bit hard after a long day of sightseeing but the size of the rooms and the large bathroom made it worth it. We all had... More

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days before our tour started. The rooms here were great and breakfast was very nice, good selection of western and asian foods. The hotel is a bit far out of the city but you can get a bus from outside the hotel to the closest metro station and then get a... More

We stayed here for the first four nights of our China tour. Didn't expect such a luxurious hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Lovely rooms. As we returned to the hotel on our 2nd night on the bus, a woman said " I wish we were staying there". I said " We are!"

I spent a few weeks in Beijing a year ago working on an automotive project. All of the English speaking contractors stayed in this hotel. The service from start to finish was professional, friendly and the staff went out of their way to insure that our stay was trouble free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining atmosphere and... More

Concierge was very helpful, I bought a mobile phone with their assistance, the phone was delivered the next day. Samsung copy love it, it has two sim cards one for Australia and abroad. This was our first stay on a 10 day tour of China. The hotel was just beautiful and the reception area was very impressive with it's sweeping staircases. Our room had 2 x king size beds which were very firm but quite comfortable. The air con did not work well so we eventually complained and were given a pedestal fan... More

We were amazed at the quality of service, the gourmet restaurants, the spa and friendliness of all the staff. Even if you didn't speak Mandarin they tried to put us at ease. Every staff member acknowledged us. Breakfast every morning was a beautiful buffet with numerous stations where you could get a chef to customize your breakfast. Rooms were huge,... More

Hotel was clean and definitely like a 5 star comparable to US. Staff did not speak English only mandarin. The location is far from the center of town about a 40 min can ride and also 40 min from airport. There's restuarant and bars in hotel which is nice.

I don't know if it's just a cultural thing but I was treated like a hated foreigner during my stay. The room sat constantly at 27 degrees too hot for sleeping in Winter in Beijing. The options offered were to open the window to the expressway road noise and drop the temperature to sub-zero or be provided an air fan... More
