Although I tend to go to hotels in city centers, I stayed at this location which diffidently has its drawbacks. Right next to the Olympic game "nest" stadium, this hotel is in a quite, business area of hotels that if you want to visit the city center attractions, you need to travel by cab for around half an hour (... It's a big well designed hotel with almost spacious rooms. The upper three floors are v-club rooms, offering you a v-club lounge with special breakfast, happy hour every day , and tea and coffee for all day long. You may have breakfast with other guests in the first floor too. V-club also offers you limited laundry service every day for... More

This is a classical hotel for a business trip, in the line of those massive hotels of big chains. I would give it more a 4+ stars rather than 5. Rooms are big and e amenities cover the expected for this type of hotel. Convenient if you need to be close to the Olympic site or the Beijing Convention centre... More

Nothing to rave about here - it's just another average hotel. Conveniently located (adjacent to the Beijing Olympic site and the International Convention Centre), but that's about it. Grand lobby, but dark, dingy rooms which badly need renovating. It was 2 degrees outside, but 28 degrees in the room! I had to use air conditioning all night to cool the... More

Really pleasant hotel near to Olympic Park and Asian Games Village - both just a very short walk away. Hotel is clean and rooms very spacious. Feels a little lacking in soul. Breakfast was fine. Had dinner one night in the ballroom at a function and the food was shocking. The staff are great and very helpful.

I stayed here for four days with a conference at the Beijing International Conference Center. The hotel was only OK, but quite convenient to the BICC. The food is way, way, way overpriced. $25 for a glass of really bad red wine is completely ridiculous, and the lunch/dinner buffet was so overpriced that I thought they were joking. The decor... The location of the hotel is not too convenient as it is not close to the metro (15-20 minute walk) and there is not much in the area to see other than the Olympic park. The rooms are large with large bathrooms a bit worn but clean. There are three restaurants in the hotel including a buffet for breakfast, lunch... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2015

I stayed at the V-Continent Beijing for 2 days in March 2015. We had a little problem locating the hotel because there are a few hotels with similar names in that area. The hotel hall is grand and there are up to 4 to 6 counter staff at any time. I didn't have to wait long before being served, The... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a conference two doors away. The service at the front desk and average but the Concierge desk were very helpful and informative. The rooms and corridors are clean and have seen better days, definitely needs to be spruced up. Breakfast was excellent with pretty much everything on the menu from Chinese to... More
