Breakfast is nice. Room is spacious and well decorated interior. Quite expensive for this class of hotel in China. But not close enough to the city center. Only 1 person in reception desk could speak English well. You should able to speak basic chinese

The staff is great and speaks a little bit of english. The location is not very good for foreign tourist since it is a little bit far out in the haidian district. The breakfast spread is one of the better ones in the hotels I have been to in Beijing. Has a huge super mall about 5 mins away with... More

Not a luxury hotel compare to prestigious 5-star hotels in the east. The location is not good for tourists because it is far away from sites and public transit/subway. The hotel is very close to a walmart, which is very convinient.

The Empark Grand Hotel in the Haidian District of Beijing is a well constructed and impressive hotel located in Northwest Beijing, about 45-55 minutes from the airport in normal traffic. The hotel parking lot is constantly secured, not only to protect hotel guests but those who shop in a small shopping and night life mall beneath the hotel complex. The... More

I stayed there for a business trip. 99% of the guests were chinese tourists. Therefore only a few people of the staff are able to speak any kind of foreign language. The chinese restaurant is good. There is no health club, running outside is almost impossible in summer. You can use a underground public swimming pool - very crowded -... More

Stayed here as part of a Jules Verne tour of China. Of all the hotels we stayed in this was our favourite. Very elegant hotel with huge rooms. Beds large and very comfortable. There was free internet access in the rooms. The restaurant buffet was excellent and catered for all tastes . It was very good value with dinner for... More

The hotel stay was very good, breakfast was plentiful and had anything you could desire. Pros: * Hotel facilities * Room size * Breakfast * Location Shortcomings: * Internet access in the room doesn't come cheap and is wired (not wireless)

I stayed at the Empark for the entire month of August while I was working at the Olympics. Upon arriving and through the entire stay, the staff was very attentive to my needs. The only issues I have is that the beds are extremely hard, free wireless is only available in the lobby - wired service is available in your... More

I stayed in Empark Grand Hotel for 4 nights (13-18/08), as I was participating in a conference held in the hotel. It was my first time staying in a 5 star hotel, so I was enthusiastic about the room and the hotel as a whole. It was very clean, quite impressive and well decorated. The food in the hotel's restaurant... More

Stayed here for five nights in the spring. A very comfortable hotel with all the amenities I needed. Helpful staff who speak good English. For about $100 per night US (including breakfast, which was satisfactory but not great), it's a very good deal. I guess there's a whole underground 'city' somewhere on the grounds, but I never got around to... More
