I stayed at the Landmark Apartment during Christmas and was given a room on the 5th floor. It was small and struggled with the rude receptionists when I requested for a change. I've stayed there before and I know there are better rooms available. One thing I should warn everyone is that I took the tour with my wife and... More

Stayed as part of a tour. The room is very basic and small but its clean. The hotel public areas are dated. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice. The rooms were also boiling hot and you couldn't control the temperature.

I stayed for 2 weeks on abusiness trip and was give a room on the 15th floor. The room was of a decent size and quiet but the room and the corridor carpet could do with a change. The tub stopper was broken and even though I complained a number of times, it was not fixed during my stay; they... More

The Towers was clean and all staff hospitable. Yes, as noted by some other travellers, you can smell stale cigarette smoke in rooms but it was ok. Staff were great and value for money just the ticket. Close to subway, rooms quiet and warm.

The positive: (1) My room and all areas that I utilized in this hotel and its complex were quite clean. (2) The restaurant's buffet, including breakfast, provided a wide selection of foods of varying cuisines. This hotel does seem to take food preparation cleanliness and food freshness very seriously. (3) The hotel is fairly well-located and has good access to... More

Comfy room and beds, needs redecorating as little shabby.Room has very good lighting which makes a change.Nice and clean,a different nightly treat was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the buffet dinner had a lot of choice, thought the layout was rather mixed up though making it difficult to find what you fancy.Internet was free in the lobby area. The restaurants... I stayed from 11th Oct'14 to 12th Oct'14 and again from 18th Oct'14 to 20th Oct'14 at Landmark Towers. My accomodation was a deluxe room, facing the front side of the hotel on the 9th floor. The rooms are bit small, but cosy. The room service is excellent, even at odd hours. The staff at the reception, concierge, guest service... More

The hotel has become my first option for business trip to Beijing every time, not only because of the location (at the adjacent of Dutch Embassy), but also because of the rate (our budget for hotels in Beijing is no more than 100 euro). I stay in the hotel couple of times a year from about one week to as... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised tour at the end of September 2014. The beds were rock hard, the carpets needed a good clean, and the staff had a poor command of English. Hotel signage was also a problem, and just seemed to stop so finding the Fitness Room was difficult - again staff unable to... More

This is a grubby, run-down, and totally out-of-date property. Even worse, it's not functional as a business hotel, in large part due to unreliable internet that cuts in and out throughout the day. That's not a function of China's internet oversight rules (which bring their own issues). Rather, it's a problem with the hotel internet connections - they simply die... More
