generally the hotel itself is average. well maintained for a local brand hotel. they do have internet connections inside rooms but there's charge (10rmb per hour) downside is. it doesn't work. and every time you remove the cable , you would be charged again. which is weird. the supermarket in the hotels lobby is super overpriced. have a few min... The major minus if you are on a business trip is that this hotel does not have Wifi in the room (at least my room) only wired internet. The room itself is clean and spacious. The shower was good and constant hot water. The interior of the room was sufficient but beginning to show some signs of decay. The hotel... More

Stayed here for a week, 11th to 17th December. The rooms are of a fair size though dated with stained carpets, seemed clean though and the internet access very intermittent in the rooms: gave up downloading email attachments for work. The breakfast buffet was excellent with English cooked, viennoiseie, German/Dutch cold meats and cheese, good Chinese of course as well... More

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is a good place to stay and leaves upto the expectation of a 4* hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotel ambience is good, with spacious lobby. What was important to us was the nearby food street - gifted with indian & Arabian eateries too. Internet was free - good speed as... More

Stayed in this hotel from 24th to 29th November 2013. It is conveniently located and the rooms were good. The staff too was cordial and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was very good with lot of varieties. Overall a very good stay.

This was quite a nice hotel and the room that we had was nice and comfortable, it was located on the 7th floor. The food was satisfactory, plenty of variation and well presented. The downside was that there was no bar area to sit and have a few drinks at the end of the day having been sight-seeing during the... More

The Landmark Towers doesn't make a good first impression, but stick with it and you'll find hidden gems everywhere. The first room (Supreme class) offered to us was dreadful; small, smoky, dirty bathroom. After a lengthy negotiation with the front desk we were upgraded to a larger, clean room (Deluxe) with a King bed on a non-smoking floor. A good... More

Very friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, a/c was noisy but adequate. The bathroom was good, but the hairdrier very underpowered. Our 13th floor bedroom was overlooking the main road, but was well sound insulated; bedrooms on lower floors were much noisier. We had three breakfasts and one dinner, all good. The automatic cash money changing machine in the lobby... More

I was in Beijing to attend a trade show at the Int'l Exhibition Centre. This hotel was quite convenient and very reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The Hard Rock Cafe used to be attached to the hotel, sadly it has gone since my last visit which is a great shame. There are very few 'western' restaurants nearby. I... More
