We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from Thailand back to Russia. We chose it because of the location and good price. As far as I'm concerned the hotel itself is fine, the rooms are spacious and clean, so are the bathrooms. We didn't have a chance to use any other facilities, so there is... More

I recently stayed at the Prime hotel for eight nights. I found the front desk staff very professional, efficient, and spoke very good english. The travel desk also was manned mainly by two young ladies who also both spoke good english, gave us great advice, and were honest with their opinions on tours etc. ( ie. one told us to... More

I stayed here 4 nights & was pleasantly surprised by how grand the hotel looked & the great customer service. The staff spoke English so that was a relief. I had a room on the 9th floor & was impressed with how spacious the room was, the design & amenties/services provided/offered. Underwhelmed by the pool which you must wear a... More

A centrally located hotel, walking distance from the historical monuments like the Tienamen Square and the Forbidden City. The hotel has very good reception service. It is a pity that the restaurant waiters do not speak good english to be able to communicate well with the guests.

After reading some of the reviews here I was prepared for the worst when I booked this hotel. However, it turned out to be much better than what I had expected. The location is perfect; 5 min walking distance to the underground; 20 min walking distance to the busy shopping wufujing district; and estimated half an hour to 45 min... More

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We booked a room on the club floor which allowed breakfast in the Club Room, Happy Hour drinks and late check out at 3:00pm amongst other benefits. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, having a bath as well as a shower. The staff on reception spoke good English but this was not... More

I was there with boyfriend for 5 nights. Location is perfect for me, not too busy and walk 10 min to Dongsri station, 15 min to Wangfujing walking street. We have got regency club room type which requires to pay a bit more for high floor level, and tea by request at the club. Room was good, but bad thing... More

We just spent 4 nights in this hotel that is very comfortable, near to the Dongsi underground station, at a walking distance to the commercial part of Wanfujing street and also quite affordable. The room and the bathroom were really big and the staff competent.we also tried the buffet (just because it was raining cats and dogs) that was well... More

Remember the 15% service charge! Me and my friend were shocked when we were first shown the price of our stay, and then realised that we'd forgotten the small print. I found the room service slightly annoying, one evening our curtains were shut when we were out...it was around 5pm. There was a system with a light saying "do not... More

Nice room, but too many switch to turn on / off light, it took the inteligence me a few days to msster the kight switch and i manage to turn on DND button. Breakfast is best, people still smoke in non smoking area. Pool is ok, enouhg for the kids. Location couldn'nt be better, wangfujing street just 10 minutes
