Stayed here for first couple of nights in China. Clean and spacious rooms, but overpriced. No atmosphere, staff seem indifferent to customers. Can find better options in Beijing I think. The location is ok, but we soon moved to the Hutongs for a much more friendly and authentic stay. Cigarette odours pervade the building as well...

I stayed  here for a week  in September  as  part of  a conference.  The hotel  is about  an hour from the airport  and close to  the date and the forbidden city  (2 stops  on number  one bus from outside  the hotel) You can take the hotel shuttle from the airport  but it is quite expensive  and a taxi or the... I noticed many reviews were unfavorable but my experience was very good. My friend and I were treated like V.I.P.'s and had a pleasant experience. There is a language barrier in the Far East but the desk clerks communicated fine with us, changed currency for us, and the maid service was very good. The spinning restaurant was enchanting at night,... More

A massive hotel with revolving restaurant on the 28th floor and Austin Powers decor. The the staff were abrupt - even by Chinese standards. I had one short, 3 T shirts and two pairs of underwear laundered and they charged me £40. Signs in the room telling me water is undrinkable - but lots of bottles of mineral water starting... More

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Bathroom and the furniture in the standard rooms are very old. Most staff do not understand English so it is very difficult to communicate. Most of them are uninterested and impolite to your requests and inquiries. I left my luggage for a few hours after checking out, and when I came to... More

All staff are lack of speaking English and they are all impolite. People are smoking everywhere in the hotel. The furniture in the rooms are very old. The hotel says that they provide a shuttle to airport, but it is a lie, there is no transportation provided by the hotel. Even if there is, the reception staff do not help... More

Hotel has an excellent location next to 2 subway stations (18p per trip no matter how many transfers you have to make) 15 minute walk to all big name shops and also wangfujing district. Breakfast good mix of western and Chinese can get busy if you go at peak times. Rooms a little dated although they do offer free wifi... More

We booked the hotel with a special rate in Agoda (around 90 USD per night) -Location 15-20 min walk to Wangfuging st. Location is already good but there are hotels nearer wangfuging that you could try. 10-15min walk to the nearest subway. -Room: room design is a little old but very spacious (huge) and clean. Tip: Their is a foreign... More

Everything is big: a sort of five or six restaurants - not all of them are good restaurants...-, excelent ans large rooms, vast lobby, with reasonable prices. Like any other oriental breakfast, Breakfast in BIH is extensive in supply but not so good in overall quality. Beside the hotel there is shuttle line nº 3 to Capital Airport. In sum,... More

I found this hotel excellent, staff were helpful and communicated well in English. I was travelling with my husband and 13 year old son so we had an extra bed in the room however the room was more than big enough to accommodate the bed and the extra bed was a proper bed rather than a put me up style...
