It's a very good hotel but in the meals there are a lot of Chinese food and not many internacional food. The brealfast is the best meal you can have there. It's a very quiet place and the beds are so comfortable.

Went here with group tour. It is a grand hotel with a grand lobby. The hotel rooms are very spacey and staying almost to its top, I gotten a nice view of Beijing. Opposite the hotel has few restaurants and mini mart just in case you would like to buy some food to munch at night. Unfortunately, most of the... More

We stayed in this hotel with our children. The rooms where very big with nice bathrooms. Large shower! Great view over the city. Very good breakfast, enourmous buffet with all kinds of food one could think. We left our big suitcases at the concierge when we travelled to Pingyao for a few days, for free, great service. Very close to... More

a grand hotel with a very large lobby and a number of shopping outlets. Large attached conference facilities. Breakfast buffet is nice with lots of options to satisfy your appetite. Don't go for dinner buffet at the cafe (its almost same as the breakfast buffet). A superstore across the street. Good hotel to entertain business associates.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights while on a work trip to Beijing. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and such a lovely bathroom. The rooms however have a smell of stale smoke which is typical of hotels in China. The breakfast was continental which is always a good thing.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. It is quite good hotel to stay in Beijing. One gets value for money. Well maintained rooms, impressive lobby, but the wash rooms need improvement. Located at a very convinient place.

Not expensive by western standards with an impressive lobby area. However, the rooms and bathrooms are small and need total refurbishment. Good location and convenient for buses and subway. You have to go onto the main road to hail a taxi, which can be quite difficult at times. There's a good Carrefour supermarket and an electrical store over the footbridge.

The Hotel was in a great location for bus tours to depart for elsewhere - but as a location for local atmosphere it was poor. Perhaps to be expected of a hotel with a good standard but nothing special. It does have closeness to Bejing Zoo which is worth a visit but otherwise cannot even feel where you are in... More

We stayed here for four nights, on a 13 day tour of China. The hotel building is reasonably impressive and the reception area is spectacular. However, this is all a veneer, as the bedrooms were not up to the same standard. I would say 2 - 3 star by Irish standards. Our room was cold and we could not get... More
