The hotel is nicely located right beside a mall and in front of the highest skyscraper in Beijing (world Trade Center III) wich has an amazing bar and restaurant in the top floor, from which you can see the whole city in a good day (i.e. smog permitting). The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, offering european and oriental fare. The... More

The Traders Hotel seems like the oldest ride in a large amusement park, surrounded by newer and flashier experiences and offering a snapshot of how it all began. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just a little worn out and underwhelming. Two reasons to stay at the Traders are its location and affordability. The hotel is roughly halfway between... My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Great location that reminded me of Crystal City, Virginia, outside of Washington, DC. The staff was great and the breakfast was awesome. One thing that really struck me is that I never saw anyone in housekeeping the entire time I was there. But, our rooms were always magically cleaned.

Easy location to find at the China World Trade Center area. Collocates with a shopping mall and near the Central Park area it is convenient for a newby to Beijing and some great places to eat. 10 minute walk to the Silk Market or the sometimes scarey Walmart

Chaoyang is an expensive area of BJ for being the CBD. This is a nice chain business hotel that offers very good value. Polite and efficient staff, fast check in and out. Large clean comfortable rooms. Good wifi. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommended.

very good location.... close to shopping, downtown... excellent. the lobby is nice and roomy. the hotelstaff tries to accomodate the guests. the rooms are small and rather oldfashion...needs urgently a refurbishment, which will happen very soon anyway. the breakfast choice is for westerners rather mediocre and the horizon/traders lounge is max 4 star... all in all a rather lower standard... This hotel provided a very comfortable stay. The service staff were helpful and accommodated us especially when it was difficult to communicate in English. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms adequate. I enjoyed the fact that that the bathroom had a large shower. The hotel is situated 15 minutes walk from food markets. This was particularly helpful since we... More

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Beijing. It's a very efficiently run hotel and offers exactly what it says; a clean, comfortable room with quick wifi and a good breakfast. It's next to the subway so it's easy to get around the city, especially as a tourist although it's probably better to sign up for an organised tour if... More

This is the 4th time that I have stayed here. The staff are very efficient and professional. The pick up service from Biejing airport is also very well organised. Breakfast was as usual excellent. It's great to be able to use the 20m pool at the partner Shangrai China World Hotel next door. I was just a bit disappointed this... More

1) Poor support for guests with special needs. I am a breastfeeding mother on a business trip and I need to pump and storage the milk to bring back to my baby. However, this hotel rejects my requst to storage the milk in their freezer and I ended up pouring them all off. I think all breastfeeding mothers understand what... More
