Great hotel and great service. Was very tired after the long flight from Florida. Had the hotel limo pick us up. Was a great idea as you can feel very overwhelmed when getting off the plane. Room was comfortable and decorated with taste. Had a nice nap and when we woke up went to the restaurant where we had a... more

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Peninsula on the first few days of our honeymoon in China. I have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed, we were upgraded to a superior deluxe room on arrival as we were on our honeymoon. The room and all the hotel facilities were just perfect.... more

I booked 2 rooms for 5 nites from 18.9.09-23.9.2009 and requested for connecting rooms which were granted upon arrival. Check in was smooth, the rooms were clean with sufficient space, personal fax and complimentary free internet service. When my sister fell ill one night, we called the hotel staff for an ambulance which they arranged with speed to take her... more

We stayed for 5 nights in a Club Deluxe Room which meant that you could enjoy the facilities offered in the Club Lounge which when we tallied it up provided us with value for money and we met other club members and enjoyed drinks and food in quiet comfort. Room was very functional - little small but fine. Bed was... more

Check in was extremely fast, breakfast and dinner were stunnig. Very nice decorated room, with a tv at the end of the bath. Rooms were good size. Location is great, forbidden city... more

As I type this in the hotel room, I would like to explain that I am not accustomed to such luxury. To me it is luxury, to others is it not. --- I am staying at this hotel for about 2 weeks. For the past 3 years I have been coming to Beijing, to see family. Although smoggy with disastrous... more

We stayed at the Peninsula Bejing for 6 nights in a Grand Delux Room. We had two reasons for choosing this hotel: 1. The location 2. We stayed at the Peninsula in Bangkok and were hoping this would be a similar experience. Firstly the location is excellent. It was walking distance from the food street market, and the "night" market.... more

We have stayed in the peninsula for 3 nights in June 2008. The hotel is very well located for the main shopping and also for dinner. You can see immidiatly their high standarts, very classy, clean and the staff is really good. Food for breakfast is amazing! Swimming pool is good and you can spend some time there to relax.... more

Conveniently located within an easy walk to the Forbidden City, Tienanmen Square, the pedestrian shopping street, and "food alley", the Peninsula never lets your forget that you've signed up for five-star service. Friendly, competent hotel staff listen to your requests and answer all your questions. The rooms weren't overly large, but they were well appointed with TVs in all the... more
