An average hotel, incredible slow wifi, with an unhelpful reception staff. Had my phone stolen in the hotel - no help at all. Didn't even bother. The only plusses was the rooms, good spacious clean rooms. Other than i have nothing positive to say about this hotel. It is overrated!

I chose this hotel as it's located directly across the road from the railway station and I was coming in and our by train. I stayed twice, either side of a trip to Pyongyang by train. Rooms are very comfortable and there's a nice ambience to the whole place. On my first visit I had a view of the railway... More

We had taken two executive rooms on the 10 th floor which are the best rooms in the property. The rooms facing the main street have a lovely street view of the railway station. The inside rooms are facing the courtyard which gets noise during the breakfast time otherwise very quite. Beds were soft and room was decent. However the... More

Big, supposedly one of Beijing's best hotels. Easy to find from Beijing Railway station and well located. It just missed the mark a little as when staying in such a hotel, perfection is the order of the day. Although we were immediately offered a drink to compensate, our room wasn't ready for an hour after check-in time, which impacted on... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our rooms were pure luxury. Marble and carpeted floors, stylish decoration, comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms. The staff, some of whom spoke good English, were very helpful. Great location. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice, modern hotel; we did enjoy our large and fully renovated room. It's right next to a subway station and next to a railway station, if you need to purchase train tickets. You can walk to Tien'Amen square and the Forbidden City in 20-25 minutes. You have to be aware, though, that the staff there doesn't speak... More

Having stepped off shuttle bus for short walk. I promptly fell and broke my wrist rather severely. I was helped by three complete strangers who helped me to the hotel. From the bell hop to the Check in staff were more than courteous. And arranged with the escort of the bell hop to an English speaking A and E centre.... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Beijing. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. The beds are nice, with traditional mattresses. This is important in China, as many hotels just have box springs. So usually the beds are quite hard by Western standards. The hotel was clean, and it offered a really good breakfast buffett in the... More

The hotel is a old property. I got a deal not to be refused on Agoda for a room and I was surprised that they gave me room on the the 10th floor which is the HOJO club floor. The surroundings are not the best as there are huge number of commuters coming into Beijing through this railway station. The... More
