I liked the hotel. Decoration was nice though I wanted something more traditional Chinese. Room was very comfy and has a luxurious kind of look. Breakfast buffet was great, with many options and delicious food. Service was awesome. It seemed a bit far from the city but we never found traffic so I guess we went the opposite direction which... Our hotel room was at the back of the hotel and was a good size, comfortable, clean and very quiet. The air conditioning was set on 24 deg and we found it impossible to lower the temperature and the fridge turned off when we left the room. The breakfast buffet was good but the restaurant at night was overpriced and... More

Our first night in Beijing was spent at the Ramada North. Early morning arrival and dog tired after a long flight from Sydney. Very pleasant staff, lovely clean room and comfy bed. First trip to China so no local reference on quality but on international standards pretty good. Only die side was despite what looked like double glazing still woke... More

We are long term visitors at this hotel and find it great! Had dinner with friends at the "Chilli Peppers" restaurant at the hotel last night and the food and service was very good also the price was very reasonible. Breakfasts are good with lots of variety. The staff are really helpful and the hotel very clean. This area is... More

We stayed here as part of a tour and even though we were warned ahead of time that a non-smoking room has a different meaning in China, the smell was prevalent through out our 3 night stay. The second day was so bad that even having open windows all day did not lessen the smell. Other than the smell of... More

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is enormous with a big variation of both western and Asian food. However, the hotel is very far away from the tourist sights in Beijing. If you don't mind to struggle with bus and tram I do recommend it!

The hotel is new and clean with reasonably good service (staff has various levels of English proficiency). The main problem is its location: about 40 min (without traffic jams) on a taxi from the city center (80-100 RMB). Even worse, when trying to catch a taxi back in the evening, some drivers refused to take me since the hotel was... More

This hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the Life Science Park. This is where the biotech firms are located in the Beijing area. It is a little far north from the main action of Beijing but for the purpose of being near to the Life Science Park, it is good. The other option is the more expensive Loong... More

This hotel was in a horrible location, quite a distance from any attractions, shopping or restaurants. We did try and venture out to the surrounding area, and it was obviously a poor zone and not intended for visitors at all. The hotel itself had great service with nice, clean rooms, very comfortable beds and a great breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel on a tour of China. The room was well appointed, clean and the breakfast buffet in the mornings was excellent. Lots of local dishes as well as western menu. The hotel is at the north end of the city and requires driving to attractions.
