The mattress was so hard to sleep on, luckily we were only staying there for one night. The staff might need to smile a lot. Few choices of breakfast. Overall, I was shocked to learn that the hotel was a 4 star hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as part of our Beijing tour group. For a Chinese 4 star hotel it is equivalent to international standard of only 2 1/2 to 3 star rating the most. The hotel lobby is not impressive at all and the room is a bit small but very clean. Breakfast is your typical Chinese... More

Was booked into this hotel by Hainan Airlines during a misconnect causing an overnight stay in Beijing. Lobby was dingy but rooms had a surprisingly modern feel to it (though signs of wear and tear were evident in the bathroom, including a somewhat cracked sink and slightly moldy edges of the shower. The ventilation fan was noisy, however. Ethernet internet... More

After arriving from a long flight from Australia I had chosen to stay at this hotel for the Free airport shuttle and proximity to airport. As my flight didn't get in until 1 am I thought the ease of knowing I didn't have to fight for a cab would be nice. I confirmed with the hotel about my pick up... More

Stayed there for 4 nights from 31st December 2013-4 january 2014 at room 5012. We lose our Android Phone on our last day. The case is if we put on the table that's fine but we put inside of our luggage, it still can go missing meaning that someone or hotel staff did it on purposes. When we tried to... More

Room is ok. The restaurant is not worth the breakfast served. Cold when it should be hot and of low quality. Tour groups use the hotel therefore the breakfast is under catered for with large numbers arriving and food choices which were limited to start with becoming non existent very quickly. It's a business hotel. Short stay only.

Stayed for 4 day in April 2013 with my daughter, primarily for a trade show - the exhibition centre being only 5 minutes drive away. Also pretty handy to the airport, but of course a long drive to central Beijing. Staff are friendly enough, some with English. The Hotel is clean and tidy and everything works. Did not notice any... Our flight arrived at 1.20am but before that we had contacted hotel to arrange for free shuttle. They assured us that they would pick us up at the appointed time with someone holding a plaque. When we arrived, there was no one holding a plaque with our names, however since we had their telephone no, we called and the polite... More

We were put here by our supplier for an early morning flight, and it was quite a ordinary type hotel, but the pillows were comfortable and the sheets very clean and I was very tired so it was a good night sleep. Bed normal chinese firm type, and the toilet paper is scarce very scarce. Bathroom pretty ordinary but shower... More

Tiny cubicle rooms with hard bed, rough cotton sheets and little to no English. Internet took 2 hours to get working by them, and then it was dialog speed from the 1990's. The building is located in the middle of nowhere and a 15 minute minivan shuttle to T3, via T1 and T2 enroute. This hotel is in no way... More
