We stayed for 10 days and found it very good. Staff very good - particularly the concierge who was very helpful. He helped out with trips we wanted to go on. We enjoyed the Great Wall through him, but then got more independent using the nearby subway to get us to Heavenly Palace, Forbidden City and the fabulous Summer Palace.... More

I stayed at the Rhombus Fantasia in April 15 for 3 nights on a business trip. To sum it up first: I can definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent service, very friendly stuff, very good breakfast, good location. Location and hotel itself: Very good location in the CBD. Subway station Chaoyangmen 3 mins foot walk. International guests. Service: Very friendly and... More

Good rooms, helpful staff who speak enough English to help those who need it, good breakfast, good air conditioning--a big deal when coming in from pollution and heat. Would be nice if more/better choices of restaurants were near, but otherwise a nice place to stay in the craziness of Beijing.

Stayed here on a business trip for one night. Checked into the club floor, which gave me access to the club lounge for a meeting. Great service and most importantly great food. Decided to have breakfast at the restaurant instead of the club lounge that I was entitled to. Loved it! Great choices. Very modern decor, great size bath tub... More

Flew Calgary to Beijing and was very glad to have a beautiful, comfortable setting to overcome our jet lag in. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was stunning. The buffet breakfast was outstanding!( add it into your room charge ) What I will say is drinks, snacks etc are super expensive within the hotel. I will also say it's... More

Very nice hotel. Looking outside one may do rapid conclusions about standard or quality, but need to say that I was bit surprised. Rooms were nice and quiet and clean. Breakfast room didn´t meet expectations. Yes there were plenty of choices and tables were cleaned rapidly. It was still bit boring. After a while I need something else that Chinese... More

Stayed here before, it is a great hotel, nice room etc. The breakfast has many choices, this is nice. The service for coffee and OJ is good as well. What I lack is that they did not have European/Australian yoghurt, only local Chinese stuff. Often, the Intercontinental standard type hotels do offer this.

The facade is a bit unassuming, but inside this Crowne Plaza is a very nice hotel. Spacy rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. For some extra comfort, get a room on one of the Club floors. Cost a bit more, but give vey good value, like free drinks and bites in the club lounge in the early evening. In contrast, drinks in... More

We were booked at this hotel by China Tours as part of our package. The hotel is well situated, clean, friendly and comfortable. The staff that have direct contact with clients speak excellent English and are most appreciative when you can express some complementary phrases to them in their language. Be advised that China does not permit Google or Facebook... More

We stayed here as part of a private tour of China. The hotel room was very nice. The breakfast involved the largest number of choices we have ever seen. The only issue, and it was a minor one, was that the lobby was very large but had relatively little seating for guests.
