Nice rooms with comfortable beds, good bedding, shower, towels, etc (however, for some reason my bathroom had a foul smell coming from the shower drain; but the room was very clean). Good location, close to tourist attractions. Nice lobby and helpful reception (although not a lot of English spoken, but they try to help). meeting rooms were usual, functional and... More

Hotel was booked by client due to location preference. Pluses: - great location (more for business travelers) - 3 metro stations and Beijing Railway station In 5 minutes walking distance (line 1 and line 2); - big rooms (not old, not too new - just ok); - super comfortable bed! - helpful staff. A bit difficult with English (not so... More

I was wonderfully surprised at how great my stay was. Upon entering, you notice how elegant the hotel is. The rooms were very spacious and my bed was the most comfortable I've had in my many visits to China. The hotel rooms also offer great views and the location was my biggest surprise for the price I paid - it... More

Good rooms and service, very clean good location.Lobby needs a make up. Very stricted with dollar bills exchanges,1 ml broken or 1 little spot and they won't accepted. Restaurants, good with food.in few words, satisfied with the time spend there. Renaissance Shangai no problem.

good central position for main sights, next to subway station ( very easy to use, signs, stations, all in English) walking distance of main shopping areas. the only thing that let the hotel down was the bar which is to quirky and to pricey hence empty.

We were traveling as family with 4 young children (infant - 6 years old) and another family with 3 young children. I can honestly say the staff was so warm and welcoming to our families and did everything they could to make our stay including moving us to bigger rooms with better aircon. Couple things to note: Location is excellent... More

A rather high class hotel that is just 8mins walk away from Wang fujing. No wifi in rooms, but the view is good. Quite a good choice for business trips. The lobby looks grand and you can have meetings in the tea house on level one or at the executive lounge upstairs.

We were well pleased with the staff and rooms. Our time of travel was late October and we were disappointed with the weather. It was cool and very smoggy. Due to the season the hotel management had shut down the A/C in the hotel, making the rooms a little warm. You could open a window but then you had to... More

We were in Beijing for 11 days and stayed in this hotel. The location is very good. It's between two very large malls. With lot's of dinner possibilities. The mall on the left hand side when you exit the hotel has a very large childrens playground indoor. A must for small children. The forbidden city is very close you can... More

We stayed here earlier in the year. The location is convenient (Dongdan station is a short walk and connects to two major train lines), everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. We were upgraded due to some empty rooms being available; that room had a corner suite with a clear view north and... More
