Had less than 12 hours before taking an early morning flight, initially booked this because of the Ibis name and thought it should be okay. When I stepped out the elevator, the whole floor and the room was full of smoke smell (I specifically requested a non-smoking room when making the booking). There didn't seem to have air conditioning in... More

We should warn everyone from ever wanting to count on the airport shuttle. We had an early morning flight and thought it would be good to stay at a hotel nonetheless. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were supposed to call the hotel shuttle bus ... When they first picked, there was no person who spoke English and... More

I had a 12 hour layover in Beijing from Bangkok to New York. Rather than sit around the airport, I booked this hotel from the advice of a poster on the Beijing forum. I can imagine what type of accommodations he's accustomed to. I rarely give a bad review unless it is really BAD. Because I arrived to the hotel... More

No shuttle service after midnight from the airport so I had to take a taxi which ended up being 35Y guessing the taxi driver took me for a lost drive. The shuttle in the morning to the airport in the morning took 5 minutes but runs every 1 hour from the hotel. Arriving at the hotel at night, it seemed... More

Stayed in Ibis Airport Hotel in August this year. Ibis Airport came as one of the better hotels as I had to travel to the new expo center, which takes about 15 min from this hotel by taxi. The front office demanded I pay the full payment and a bit extra (which was later refunded after my stay as per... More

Ok for overnight stay. Beds are hard and shower is ok. The next morning we had an early morning flight. My friends and I had booked the shuttle the night before. When we got to reception we were advised that the shuttle was not available and that we must pay RMB 70 each and take a taxi. Anxious to get... More

Perfect location if you just need a stopover after flying in, or before flying out! There is a free shuttle to take you to and from the airport. The rooms are well set out, and there is free wifi (don't expect miracles though - it is still China so you'll find a lot of websites either are inaccessible, or load... More
