The hotel is quite new, and has a very nice location in Haidian District. The taxi cost from the airport is around 100 RMB yuan. My room on the 17th floor is big and very well furnished. A western style bath room with separate shower and bath. The beddings are new and comfortable. You can enjoy free wifi pretty much... More

The upgrade was appreciated but not worth waiting 90 mins in the foyer for a room to become available….and that was at 3pm and after a long flight from Perth. the location was ok as was the room, breakfast and facilities but nothing special. few staff spoke any English. An airport pick up was arranged through the hotel but the... More

Located on a busy main road between 3rd and 4th ring roads, close to subway station, not too far from the centre of Haidian disrict by taxi, but difficult to call a taxi on your own, the hotel was able to help. Staff were helpful. Rooms are big and clean, comfortable bedding, breakfast was ok, wifi a bit slow. Overall... More

The hotel was booked for me due to its proximity to where my meetings took place, which is an important consideration in Beijing. As others have written, the hotel holds itself out as five star and many/most of its amenities meet the grade, it's more the implementation which gives rise to the challenge. I had an executive room which was... More

This is a fairly new hotel built according to five-star requirement. The rooms are geat, so are the bathrooms, and I love the pool. But on service and management there are some problems, given the five-star claim: The Shop is staffed with real street peddlers (somebody's cousins?) who will say anything to sell. The hotel cannot help you to get... More

Arrived fairly late (8pm) to be told that no non smoking rooms were available although requested via Chinese hosts. Took best part of an hour to resolve(there was a room!). had a room on the exec floor which was a reasonable room. Exec lounge closed for whole of 3 night stay and no alternative provided. Problems with air con as... More

The rooms are very modern and nice and at least the staff I interacted with spoke English. Although the room internet is wired, the speed was fine. Not many TV channel options. My room was non-smoking. The AC in the dinner restaurant was marginal. For me the highlight of the place is the breakfast buffet. While I enjoy experiencing local... More

Normally I stay at Hilton or Sheraton properties but I stayed here at the recommendation of the company I was visiting. I get pretty nervous booking hotels in China that are not international brands. I've had some awful experiences. This hotel however was a really pleasant surprise. I booked an executive room. It was not expensive (at least not by... More

Vision Hotel is excellent in almost every respect. However, it is completely baffling why they spoil a spectacularly elegant breakfast room by playing TV news and sports programs at both ends of the room. They used to play elegant Chinese music, which was very nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with lot of amenities, for very reasonable price but there some weak points. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, both in rooms and in conference venues. The Internet connection was very bad (wi-fi only in the lobby, functioning from time to time and in the room only cable connection which is very slow... More
