The front desk staffs are rude, can't expect a poorer service. Rooms are small but with acceptable decoration. Sound proofing is bad, with lots if noise from corridor even during late night as it's patron mainly from night clubs. Breakfast taste nothing more than cooked food. Price not consider cheap in china. In summary, unless you can't find a place... More

I recently stayed in this hotel on a vacation package. The hotel is very pretty however the service is terrible. To start, the front desk is serviced by young people who seem more interested in playing with their smart phones than to speak to clientele. The breakfast buffet was out of juice glasses, coffee cups and out of food. The... More

Small trouble was early in the morning, at 6am. I was sleeping and jumped up from very loud noise. It was shower door glass broken up. It was not hotel service fault, I know that there is such problem in tempered glass. I called staff, thay have immediately changed room and apoligized.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. We stayed here as part of our tour. It was our first night in China. We were very tired from the trip so sleep was great. Seemed to be a good location. Staff seemed helpful. Would stay here again.

A nice hotel. The staffs speaks good English (at chinese standard). The guests are mostly Russian speakers. Rooms are good and specious. The foods are good but the staffs need more attention for the serving standard. The TV channels are mostly chinese. Good value for money.

The hotel is good. Good clean rooms and good location. But the staff are not passionate and can be rude sometimes. The lift wait time can be annoying. Expect to wait up to 10 minutes in some cases. The TV channels are all local Chinese channels. I think at least 1 international news channel should be available

First of all the hotel is in the center of International Trade. Just a few minutes drive from the hotel is located Silk market. Several metro stations away from the Forbidden City. Breakfast is very good. In the room there is a bath and shower. The beds are comfortable and convinience. Especially recommend "The Aegean Sea Lounge" in 5th floor,... More

The Ritan International is located in the Russian quarter of Beijing, and caters specifically to Russian traders coming to use the import/export markets located nearby. As a result, Russian is the main language spoken by all businesses/restaurants/spas/shops in the area. English not so useful... Good quality hotel. Room are spacious. Beds are excellent (had twins that we pushed together, as... More

It was an Ok taxi drive from the airport. The personal was friendly and the rooms good with air-con an nice bathroom. The bed was soft for Chinese standard so good for me. Also quite which I like and close to the embassy area which made the evening walk nice. The area itself is strange. It has a really heavy... More

Rooms are actually pretty decent and large enough. The hotel is supposed to be fairly new, but the first night, I was in an executive room as the cheaper room that I had booked was full. The executive room was fairly large but not well-kept - not vacuumed (maybe they didn't expect me to be there), mildew on the bathroom... More
