The Jiang Tai Art Hotel is a very good hotel - clean, nice design, professional and helpful staff. I stayed in the honeycomb room and actually would not recommend it unless you really want to stay in the area (near 798) for one of the cheapest prices available. The room was neat but very small. It is basically a bed... More

This is a quirky hotel which might not suit everyone. There is an art theme throughout with some interesting features including a huge calligraphy table and a room with glass walls. Our room was on the small side but comfortable and the bathroom in our case had glass walls. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, both the night staff... More

The honeycomb pods you get if your travelling alone are a disaster. Its like a cheap hostel and a room that you can not stand up in. The rest of the hotel is lovely but this budget area was horendous. Every morning someone next door (flimsy wood and can hear everything seperate the pods) had their alarm set and woke... More

I had stayed in honeycomb bed for a night. The room is OK form e. There are a bottle of water, a towel and slipper for each guest. The bed is not so comfy because it is flat and hard but it was OK for me since it was a short stay. The decoration is awesome. The staffs are very nice... More

This hotel is not perfect, but it is pretty amazing. The art everywhere blew me away. If you have a chance, walk up and down the main stairway and check out the design of each floor. I stayed in the cheap honeycomb room. It's small, but I didn't mind. However, Western-style toilets would have been nice. The reception desk was... More

This hotel is located in the Chaoyang district of Beijing, which makes for a nice quick ride from the airport. The location is both ideal and busy - being close to a large supermarket, Pizza Hut and KFC as well as some more authentic Chinese restaurants makes for both convenience and lots of noise. The hotel itself is nicely decorated... More

Hi Everyone, I am from London/ Surrey of the UK. I stayed in this Beijing-based hotel, Jiangtai Yigong Hotel, for over a week or so. It was a mixture of enjoyment of the delights of the hotel and horrified minutes/ hours of suffering. The cost of the accommodation was about £40 a night, I did get some degree of quality... More

The hotel has potential, but ultimately fails as they allow smoking in the lobby despite the no smoking signs, and the smell wafts up to the non-smoking 7th floor. There are plenty of television channels, but all are in Chinese. The room was compact, but clean, and the maid service was efficient. I asked for an early morning taxi and... More

When I first arrived at my hotel I was delighted when they let me check in early, unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about the service. The room was not what I expected, I knew it would be small but I didn't know that I would have to share a bathroom with 11 other people. The... More
