We are on an 8 month trip around the world and we have come across some sub-standard places, but this place is the worst. We booked it as the pictures looked great and it actually had good reviews on booking.com but we never checked TripAdvisor. We booked it as a treat and it wasn't that cheap either. We've stayed in... We booked this hotel thinking it was to be a treat. When we arrived we soon realised it was not to be the case. If your ever looking for some photoshop work done I suggest you contact this hotel and ask for there guy. The hotel itself was flithy, the room was damp, breakfast staff very unclean. Oh the toilet... More

We were looking for somewhere a little grander than our usual haunts for our last days in Beijing and this hotel gives that impression. However, upon arrival, it is a little tired and jaded. That on its own wouldn't really matter as it is clean and the rooms are well appointed, but some room facilities they advertised on booking.com were... More

The room was just ok, not kept in a very good condition. The bathroom had NO doors! extremely uncomfortable if you are not living alone in the room. The huge mirror walls in the bathroom for mostly cracked and NO one, i repeat NO ONE spoke English. Extremely difficult to communicate. And very very expensive for what we got. It... More

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and didn´t enjoy it very much. The staff speaks almost no English, even the Check in was ridiculously complicated. A security deposit has to be made in advance that exceeds the total rate of the hotel for one week. It was canceled after we checked out and paid the bill, but... More

I finished my family trip to Beijing today. We had booked two rooms for three nights. The place is horrible , the rooms stink, the bathrooms are open plan so you need to step out of room to allow privacy , the reception team is rude. All I can say is AVOID this place .

DO NOT STAY HERE! We are very tolerant world travelers, We found the website photos did not even come remotely close to reality. Perhaps, years ago, this hotel may have been nice. However, our recent stay on March 15/15 gave us a REAL inside look. We had booked for 3 nights...prepaid and had to leave after one SLEEPLESS night after... More

The hotel is not close to a subway and it takes 15 to 20 minutes walk to a nearby subway. The hotel is not bad considered the money that we paid for it. We got free breakfast and it was quite good. The hotel room does not have a door for the washroom and bathtub so it maybe a challenge... More

This hotel is very modern and chic. the rooms are impressive in size & decoration. The shower room in particular is impressive and the best I experienced in Beijing. There are robes, slippers and many useful complimentary things for your use. Bottled water is also complimentary. The breakfast is a good standard for China. The negatives are the poor sound... While it was certainly a genuine cultural experience there were a number of problems. The lack of English speaking staff was a major problem. Only one member could speak broken English & if he was not on duty communication was impossible. The rooms were OK but no wardrobes or hanging space & bathroom was not efficient because of bad lighting... More
