Close to the subway, it is a good place to stay long time in Beijing. The room with window are good, clean every day, plenty of hot water, the aircon. was clean and functional. There is a lot of good restaurant around. The reception staff is a bit confuse with foreigner they do not understand well english. So the meaning... More

Brilliant hotel, clean, excellent service and a wonderful location. Rooms are very clean and well presented with good beds, heating and good internet access. The desk and support staff are wonderful at doing what you need when you need it. In my opinion there is no better hotel in Beijing and I have stopped in a few others.

The phrase 'looks can be deceiving' has never been more appropriate. The photos of the hotel on the website are spectacularly flattering. However, in reality, the hotel itself is dark, dated and much less appealing. The beds are large, but very hard - which, to be fair, is to be expected in many parts of China. Prepare for some sore... BE warned! do not go to this "hotel". i was being very generous in calling this place a hotel. if you read this review and continue to book the place, you stay at your own peril. the place is a nightmare in every sense of the word. it was impossible to find. the picture has either been altered or taken... I booked this hotel for one night only and that was the right decision. It's pretty inside the main hall, but our room was tiny and very old. We had mold on the walls and I didn't want to touch anything. I've stayed at other hutong-type hotels in Beijing for the same price but they were much better inside.

Very tired looking, very hard king size bed, cigarette odours, stinking bathroom drain, no central heating, leaking ceiling in bathroom, sheets not cleaned (pubes!), and wanted to pay full five nights up front. Left after one night. Very surprising after reading such stellar trip advisor reviews!

Booked this hotel for a four night stay in Beijing. This was extremely disappointing to say the least, only stayed one night. Whoever rates this hotel as above average needs to get their head checked out real good. The cleanliness was the biggest concern with this hotel. The bathroom was so dirty I highly recommend showering in flip flops. The... More
