The budget hotel for tourist. The Location of the hotel just perfect.., beside Forbidden City. Behind Wangfungjin Street. So... only walking distance to many attraction in the main area. The budget hotel only for bed and breakfast. With longway coridor and small/tiny room for standard type.

Rooms were located in a rabbit warren of hallways....good luck in a fire. Hallway carpets were very worn and ripped, walls were filthy. My room was dirty and smelt. Staff were unfriendly and rude. Not motel status and should be listed as backpacker accom.

Staff spoke good English. Hotel was very clean. The lobby was well decorated and welcoming. Having to scan your room card to access the room floors from the elevator was a nice security feature. Hotel is located in a seemingly nice and safe area, but it is still good to see the security in place. The bed was nice and... More

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Forbidden City and two Line 1 subway stations what makes it an excellent base for visiting Beijing. The rooms are clean but would definitely do with a touch of paint. The stuff (at least the shift we dealt with) does speak very limited English and I do not know if the language barrier... More

If you only want somewhere which is near many good destinations and you will stay at hotel for just sleeping, it is okay. There was a smell coming from toilet all the time and air condition did not work, staff does not speak English very well and I could connect to Wifi only at hotel lobby.I only liked the breakfast and... Next to Wanfujing Street and 10 minutes walk to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The location is the number one reason to stay here. Another reason is that it's more than good enough for the money. I stayed two nights to do a quick tour whilst working in Shanghai. I love a firm bed personally and the staff were... More

My group enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to from the airport using mass transit. Rooms were clean with plenty of outlets and space and were cleaned daily. It is close to the Forbidden City and the Wangfujing shopping street and subway stop. Would recommend to travelers who are on a budget but don't want to do... More

This hotel had a decent location. Near to some tourist sites but about 10 minute walk to any restaurants. Rooms are not as clean as in the pictures- beds and towels are clean, but floors could use a scrub. The walls were totally scuffed up and the hotel smelled like smoke a lot of the time. That said, its pretty... More
