Oh, where do I start? The bed was very very hard and the pillows were flat. Towels were not changed regularly enough, though I wonder whether it has been changed at all in the 6 days that I stayed there!! I suspected so since I recognized a dirty brown spot on my towel the first night I used the towel.... more
