This hotel from the outside, has a massive presence. The hotel lobby it is spacious and huge, but don't let that deceive you. I recently returned from a business trip and I stayed at this hotel for three days... The rooms are nothing to speak of... In the bathroom their are soap suds on the outside door of the bathroom,... The hotel is very centrally located and delivers an ok standard. Despite our request for a non-smoking room we felt that people smoked in it before. There was also smoke on the corridors which was negative. The bathrooms are ok, but could need an in-depth cleaning. The breakfast buffet mainly caters for an asian clientele. The highlight are the on-demand... More

Went here on a tour. The rooms were spacious and clean and always kept up. The breakfast was an incredible spread--think American buffets but even bigger--I was very surprised by this. Truly-a great start to our day. The lobby was the only place where the internet was available for use--I would have preferred it in the rooms, of course, but... More

This suited us very well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and pleasantly cool in the heat. The public areas such as the bar/ lobby were also very nice but the aircon failed on our second day. We tended to be up quite early so breakfast seemed quiet and calm. The food was very much focused on Chinese tastes and I'm... More

There was 4-6 people standing around behind the check-in desk and only one person working. We were customer number two with two other parties waiting behind us. Check in took 30 minutes. The room was adequate although tired. Wifi only in the lobby unless hard wired. There was a safe and refrigerator in the room. There are almost no restaurants... More

Awkward entrance location (around back) however the lobby is nice once inside. Check-in went as smooth as possible for a large such as ours (33 people). After all passports were handed over, getting the room keys went quickly. We stayed in room 922 with a view over the front parking lot but out toward city-center. The smog blocked our view... More

The room was well sized and comfortable. The beds were firm but not rock hard like the previous hotel. The air conditioning brought in other people's smoke particularly during the night so you were either warm and had clean air or cool and passively smoking. We chose to stay warm. The breakfast selection was good but the whole experience was... More

Clean room, big enough for two, clean bathroom. Breakfast is good. But rather boring if you stay 3 night as I am. Location near most Beijing attractions, but it's difficult to find store nearby if you need something to drink or to buy. But after explore around a little, you should find some groceries and small restaurant, a block behind... More

We stayed at the hotel twice and there was quite a difference in the quality of the room. Overall it was ok. There was some good things (UK and Europe compatible sockets, good choice at breakfast) and some bad ones (difference in cleanliness and quality of rooms depending on the floor you were on). The service at the bar in... More

First room allocated was simply AWFUL. Room was very small and like an oven.30° with still no air con, despite being early May. The bed creaked loudly at every turn. Despite our complaints, and the complaints from our Wendy Wu guide, it was not until the following day that we were given a room that we were happy with. An... More
