I've stayed at Jingyi Hotel for some weeks as the Olympics were going in Beijing. The hotel is brand new and looks great. Architecture and interior feel match contemporary high standards. The view of the lobby is wonderful and taking the crytal elevators for a panoramic indoor view is something you should try. The staff is very nice and many speak English which is quite unusual even in 5 stars Chinese hotels. I've enjoyed very much the hotel's "Lucca Bar" which is a charming and cozy place facing the hotel's garden with glass walls, so it's very sunny during the day.
