You will love this Hostel / Hotel, the area has a lot of options to see, eat, enjoy, and is very close to the Ⓜ station. Very clean, good food, drinks and music. The staff really wants to make you feel comfortable even though just a few speaks English.

My wife and I stayed here with her mother in separate ensuite rooms. The staff were so helpful and friendly (Ding in particular), especially after my mother-in-law had taken a fall while we were sightseeing. The neighborhood was very interesting, though it does get busy. My wife and I are considering returning to Beijing soon and we'd definitely stay here... More

We stayed in two rooms here due to availability, and both were roomy and clean. The staff were relaxed and helpful. The cafe looked great, but we didn't eat there. The decor of the whole place was really well done. Expensive, 500Y a night for a double, but you're in location A1. Would recommend for two nights, probably not worth... More

It's such beautiful hostel with charm- flowers are everywhere. The rooms are clean, but nothing special (there was a big wall infront of our window). The location is perfect, but the restaurant/caffe bar is overpriced.

I was not here for the hostel, but rather for the cafe. Visited the cafe twice during my stay in Beijing. Loved the beautiful decor, the ambience, and the good coffees. Would love to stay at the hostel if given the opportunity!

This place is lovely - the decor is fantastic and the space offers a welcome respite from busy Nanluoguxiang. It honestly felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Peking Hostel also has a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the busy neighborhood. Only negatives are the cafe food - low-quality, but expensive Western food and poor service - and the neighborhood.... More

This place is a charming hideaway in the middle of the houtongs tourist area, you would never know it was there which makes it hard to find, It would have been helpful if we had known that the subway arrives close by(still need to walk through the houtong area to get to the hostel), rather than having to haggle with... I stayed at an 8 bed room and everything was amazing. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, they even helped me carry my luggage across the stairs. As the other reviews say, it is in a very busy neighborhood but I found that I was very appealing and full of things to do. In overall, it is a great... More

I stayed 4 nights at the Peking International Youth Hostel. The Hostel is very well located close to a subway station and main road with frequent busses and taxis. It is in a happening location with loads of restaurants and boutique shops which throngs of Chinese tourists and young adults head to for date night. The Hostel is very clean... More

My partner and i stayed and soon realised this was more of a hotel. it was very nice and still very basic. The cafe downstairs/rooftop was done really well. The location was pefect close ton train and buses and to get around from there was perfect. The 2 HUGE things that really anooyed us was there was NO hot water... More
