Stayed in this hotel for a few nights as part of the Wendy Wu tour. It was comfortable, the bed reasonable for China standards (not too hard!) Bathroom was great, had a fantastic shower. Breakfast had all sorts of food available, chinese as well as western style so plenty of choice. The only drawback was the lack of airconditioning. This... More

We stayed here for a few nights and the location was very convenient as it was close to a metro and had places to eat downstairs. The room size was normal but the bed was nice. The staff weren't particularly helpful. Another downside is that there was no internet in the rooms and was only accessible in the lobby.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Wendy Wu tour. The rooms were a good size & the beds were very comfortable for Chinese standard. The bathroom was the best out of the 5 hotels we had stayed in with a good walk-in shower. Breakfast was a good selection of Chinese & western. One morning when we... More

Room 1019 was a good quiet room facing the rear. Two free bottles of water each day. We sat by a window to the front for breakfast. Traffic watching in China is really interesting – but you have the disadvantage of noise. The hotel is next to a metro station and this is ridiculously cheap (20p) and much quicker than... More

We were quite pleased with the accommodations in this hotel. Our room was well appointed; the bed was large and comfortable, maybe a bit on the soft side. Only, somewhat minor, complaint was some black mold in the shower, but many hotels in North America have some mold as well. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide choice of both... More

Near a tube station so easy to navigate public transport. Lack of English language skills of staff unacceptable for an hotel that is in the capital city and has a large number of non-Mandarin speaking guests. That said, the hotel is within easy reach of the main Beijing sites, although a distance from the Great Wall and the Summer Palace.... More

I was staying there as a part of a student organization trip, and the hotel was sufficient for my needs, which was basically a bed and showers. They provided free water every day and had very nice bathing amenities. The only true problem was that our toilet was broken. We requested for it to be fixed, and they did a... More

We stayed at the Super House International Hotel from 17 - 20 May 2013 as part of a Wendy Wu tour of China. The name got us wondering a bit before we arrived but we found it exceeded our expectations. Being a part of a tour group the hotel location was not important but there were a number of restaurants... More

I recently stayed at the Super House International, Beijing as part of a Wendy Wu tour. Breakfasts offered both local and western food – omelette was good, coffee was average. My window didn’t shut properly and the latch was missing – making early mornings very noisy and at times dusty from the worksite below. The bed was comfortable. The foot... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group, (it does seem to favour tour groups) the location therefore did not really matter to us. Having said that, it is situated in a shabby looking area although to be fair there was work in progress in the area. As other reviewers have commented there is a huge supermarket... More
