We stayed in Dec. We booked the hotel through one of the popular booking sites. Used our Credit card to pay on line. We thought the charge went through when we booked in May 2014. Then on the day of check out the hotel said they cancelled our first booking and wanted a different credit card and charged us. We... More

The location is close to shops but rather far from the center of beijing. Food for breakfast were mediocre (might be bad to some) Rooms are properly equipped with heater and aircon for both cold and hot weather. Internet available for free via wifi but only accessible in the lobby

This hotel is far from the town. It is located 5th ring road. The room is quite comfortable just the water heater not really stable. And my friend's room air-cond heater is not working but after inform the reception, the next day fixed for them. Corridor can always hear people's chattin, people's walking noise. It's not soundproof. Kinda annoying while... More

Having booked a tour of Beijing, this was the hotel that was allocated to us. The hotel is looking very dated and the rooms could also do with some refurbishment, although they were clean and comfortable. There is free wifi in the lobby which is a bonus. The worse part of the hotel is the breakfast, the selection is not... More

Hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and easy to deal with, but the heater did not work in my room, so the living room was freezing! Also, the pool and spa were closed, but the hotel still charged me full price, which seems unfair. But a good place to stay if flying from Nanyuan Airport.

Hotel teacup broke readily while my wife was washing the cup and sustained cut to her finger. We informed the hotel staff immediately about this. However on the day of check out, we had to pay for the cup! Similar complaints from other patron include having to pay for missing towels which they alleged were taken by hotel staff. Location... If you are looking at this hotel, then you likely have a need to be in this area. Since commute in Beijing is hard, if you must be in this area, then the Spring Hotel is a so-so, an OK option at best... but beware - 4 star hotel this is NOT! Spring hotel likely had some good times, but... More
