The staff at the Reef are exceptional especially Joan who handled numerous changes promptly in our booking before and after our travels in Kenya. She and the other staff members were very helpful and made sure the stay was perfect from airport pick up to departure. Thank you for such excellent service.

Stayed here for one night on each end of my trip. Highlights: Pool area, food, view of the water, access to the beach. Only real drawbacks were some discrepancy with prices (resolved) and an abundance of ants in the bathroom (hey, we are in Kenya after all). Would definitely recommend this hotel! I booked a single room and was given surprisingly a very spacious room. Good location,very friendly staff a lot of good shopping malls near the hotel.
