The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location in the middle of the town. But you need to either take a room with air-conditioning or a room on the outside of the building. We had rooms on the inside with no windows. They were very warm and without fresh air there's no chance for them... More

I stayed here during a brief visit to Mombasa on 9th October 2014.The place is in CBD thus very convenient.I think they refurbished the whole hotel coz the reception is as inviting as the rooms. At night, its amazingly silent......I think they soundproofed the rooms. Breakfast is also good....for the price you pay (Kshs.2800 for b&b) you get buffet breakfast with... More

I was in Mombasa for two nights and three days. I could not locate the hotel I had reserved before I left Nairobi and gave up when I chanced upon this gem. The lounge was very good and even better were the rates. The staff were all warm and friendly towards my colleague and I. The location of the hotel... More

The food was awsome..friendly and proffessional hotel staff.good location. Facilities were all that I needed for my short stay there. The room I stayed in was clean...I could see that from my eyes as Executive Housekeeper because thats my proffession. I recommend it....

We spent there just one night after getting to Mombasa in March. You can spent there one night or two but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. The room is simple, not too big, with bed, wardrobe and bathroom. The bed was ok, big and comfortable. The place is not very clean, and the bathroom definitely needs renovation.... More

The Glory Grand Hotel has been "rebranded" and is now called the Regency Park Hotel. This made it difficult to find at first: it is still listed under its old name in the newest version of the Lonely Planet! The hotel offers excellent value for money: the rooms are clean, pleasant and quiet, the staff is very friendly. We had... More
