We were pleasantly surprised by the camp. We traveled with our 2 boys and they too were impressed by the tents. Tiled bath floors, Roman bath tubs, rain showers and adjoining rooms were welcomed. The tents were adequately protected from bugs. The staff ensured our safety and were very accommodating. Service was exceptional. The location is perfect for Masai Mara... More

We just returned from two nights at Tipilikwani Camp - 4 adults, 5 children and it was hands-down a wonderful experience. Our 2nd trip to the Mara, Tipilikwani Camp was absolutely delightful. The camp is very clean, beautiful, quiet, small and the food provided is fresh and served in perfect portions. The service was true African Hospitality - personal - not... More

First of all the entire hotel experience (tented hotel) was great despite the roars of the lions outside our tent (phew - when we understood that the sound of the roar travels from 5KM!!). The hotel / accommodation was first class - hot water, turn down service (thanks Regina!!), no mosquitoes to speak off and the cleanliness of the rooms.... More

The camp is close to the Talek gate. It take around 15-20m to enter the gate from this place. Lot of birds at this place. Looks very wild and you can hear the sound of hyenas at night. The rooms are big and enough charging stations in the room to charge your equipment. The place becomes cold during night and... More

The camp is set close to the Sekenani and Talek gates (Use Talek if driving as the road is way better). There place has an awesome hanging bridge to access the lodge crossing the Talek river. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished reminiscent of days long gone when explorers came to Africa. The meals are A la... More

We lucked out because the great migration started early this year and on the Mara we saw animals from one horizon to the other. Absolutely amazing. This tented camp was clean, our tent was spacious, the food was really very good, our Masai guide was really exceptional, and we saw so many animals. The only problem is that to reach... More
