We arranged our safari with WT safaris.. a 3 day trip to Masai Mara. the camp was absolutely amazing... stunning scenary. hearing hyenas at night was incredible. or masai guides.. Had a great 3 night stay here. Evans the manager, along with Dee & Jonathon our masai guides could not have been better. The rooms were amazing. Food & service was fantastic. I recently stayed at this tented camp for three nights. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. Two of our group members were sick, and their main concern was the welfare of these two. They took food to the tents and checked on them. The food was excellant, and offered a variety every night. I loved listening to the... more

Well were do i start... Having never been to "the Mara" before i didn't really know what to expect. However, as soon as we arrived at Tipilikwani I knew this was going to be a truly wonderful experience. We were met by Uri who is the manager and he explained a few things whilst we were supplied with delicious niblets... more

I have just returned to South Africa revitalized and feeling like a complete new person after spending two weeks at Tipilikwani Mara Camp.The main lodge is absolutely stunning.Tents are spacious,luxurious and well equipped.All staff members are very friendly and helpful and the service was incredibile The managing couple, Jurie and Nadine, were very gracious, friendly,informative and made you feel right... more

On our first trip to Kenya we didn't know what to expect. This place is pretty new and nicely sited on a bend in a river directly across from the Masai Mara game reserve. The tents were as large and luxurious as many hotel rooms, as were the en suite bathrooms. Lots of towels, soaps, robes and slippers were provided.... more

Tilipikwani is situated by the Talek River in Masai Mara. From your "tent" you will look over the river into the Masai Mara. So it is up to your own good fortune whether you see animals roaming around across from your belcony.
