From start to finish, this part of our holiday was perfect. Livingstone met us at the airstrip and gave us our own mini safari on the way to the camp. Darren and Emma (and Bing the dog) gave us a very warm welcome and made sure they knew what we wanted so they could try to meet all our expectations... More

Travelled here for in August for the migration. Was concerned about sleeping arrangements but needn't have been. This was truly an outstanding experience. So much so that when we left for another camp we were very emotional as we felt like we were leaving old friends. A temporary manager (Aki) was in place and she was superb. We had Charkes... More

We finished our safari this year on a splendid high at marvellous Kicheche Bush camp. This camp has it all in spades. The conservancy in which it is located has boundless game & birds. The guides here are the tops. (thanks Charles you are a star) they know their beat and they are brilliant at talking you through the behaviours... More

What a trip of a lifetime. Everything was truly excellent. Thank you to all the kicheche team for going beyond the call of duty and making our stay so fantastic. Had to visit valley camp to see the aardwolf though!

This was the ultimate wildlife experience. We had some wonderful sightings during our 4 days at Bush Camp including cheetahs, leopards, lions and elephants. The wilderbeest were on the move and seeing calves being born and up on their feet within a matter of minutes was a very special experience. The Kicheche guides' knowledge and experience is unparalleled; they get... More

Our stay at Kicheche bush camp was one of a kind. Our first time in Kenya as a new couple and we couldn't ask for more.We got to see a lot of wildlife, the cultural visits and the food was equally delicious. Our driver John from Fremmy Adventures was very kind and his insights on the game drive was very educative. We definitely... Another excellent stay at Bush our 6th. Darren and Emma run a very happy camp the food is good and the wine flows. The game is superb at present. While Bush is busy the other camps are not so full and we went for a whole day without seeing another vehicle. We will be coming again next year God willing.

I could write a novel on why you should stay at Kicheche Bush Camp, but I will try and limit it to the top 5 reasons: 1. The guides. Obviously there is no guarantee on what you will see, however, if there is something happening and it is possible to get you there to see it - these guys will.... More

Hard to imagine there can be a better base for a wildlife watching holiday anywhere in the world! My trip to Bush Camp was beyond superb from the moment we arrived until the moment we left (in fact technically from before the moment we arrived, having seen a cheetah make a kill on the drive from the airstrip) The magic... As a fully paid up safari addict this is my 10th visit to the Mara and 7th at a Kicheche camp. This is my 4th visit to Bush Camp and there are many reasons why I keep coming back (next visit already planned). First Emma and Darren (assisted by Bing!) are fantastic hosts. They create a relaxed environment where your... More
