We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights on our honeymoon. We were collected from our hotel in Nairobi and driven to the small, local airstrip. After landing in the Maasai Mara and being collected by our guide, the amazing adventure began. One of the most important aspects of a good Safari is the guide, the other being luck. On... More

We stayed 3 nights at Kilima in the middle of October this year and we loved every minute of it. The staff was attentive, the tents comfortable, the food good and the game drives were all fantastic! We saw all the big five and an abundance of other animals in the Masai Mara even though the migration was finished.

When my husband told me he booked us a camp for our holidays - I wasn't too enthusiastic. However when we visited Kenya in Sept and reached Kilima Camp it was a total different thing.. Our camp we were given had the best view over the Masai. The tent itself had all the we needed- the most amazing hot shower... More

From the second we arrived at Kilima the staff make you feel so special. Absolutely everything about Kilima is amazing. All of the staff were so friendly and eager to make our stay as memorable as possible, there is nothing that was too much trouble for them. The tents are immaculate and have by far the most amazing views of... More

Staff is super friendly and courteous, making our stay memorable. The camp has no fences, and maasai escort you to your very comfortable tent with an outstanding view on the reserve. Food was delicious, from breakfast, lunch boxes, and diner. We had the chance to see impalas and zebras, elephants or giraffes every day nearby our tent. Amazing noises during... More

I recently spent four nights at this camp staying and holidaying wit friend, this is a middle of the road camp, perfectly adequate and comfortable. It's very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they go overboard to accommodate what you want. Also the game viewing is really good, one down point is that it's outside... More

This camp is fantastic. It's the perfect blend of traditional/rustic and luxury. The tents each have a toilet, shower (with hot water), and sink in them and are on a solid foundation. The view of Masai Mara is stunning. The service is exceptional, as is the food. Each lunch and dinner were 3 courses: salad (lunch) or soup (dinner), main... More

The camp is ideal for watching the wildebeest cross the Mara river and our guide Martin was very knowledgeable and we saw 4 of the big 5 on our first game drive with him. The food at the camp is excellent, with plenty of variety. The breakfast is fresh and cooked to order. The tents are clean and comfortable with... More

Interested in going on a safari, staying in a luxury tent, seeing the world's greatest migration of animals with the BEST game driver, then read on. . . I highly recommend Kilima Camp in Maasai Mara, Kenya. Their location is ideal – just a very short drive outside of the preserve (but, of course, the wildlife have no boundaries so... More

There are several camps and lodges in masai mara. However kilima camp is a destination ideal for couples, especially honeymooners. It's a private camp that is set in a perfect dense area over looking the mara . The staff are just like family. I highly recommend the camp. Reuben
