We stayed at this lodge for 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon, and it was fantastic!!! We flew in on a small airplane, onto a strip of land in the middle of nowhere, and were then transfered to the lodge, which is very well laid out. The room we had was simple, with a hot shower and great... More

We stayed at Keekorok Lodge for 2 nights at the start of our honeymoon. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. Our lodge was lovely and when we arrived we saw a herd of elephants in the distance from our veranda. The food was good and the staff very friendly and polite. The hotel is open with no perimeter fences... More

Excellent retreat in middle of the jungle. Picture Perfect and very good facilities. We spent 02 nights and overwhelmingly enjoyed the hospitality. However, we feel the menu could improve to cater all likes & dislikes. My kids miss their TV shows, but I wonder whether TV should have been there?

This was our last lodge of four that we stayed at with our Virgin Safari supplied by Rhino. The roads are something to behold they are so bad at the moment. The good news is that the are building a real main road for the future but not to the lodges, the bad news is its being built at African... More

Had a great time at this very good lodge. The Mara is, of course, amazing and we saw all manner of wildlife, most spectacularly the wildebeest migration. Obviously, your experience with the wildlife will vary according to which safari company you use and the time of year you travel. Ours was travelcare.co.ke (in the lobby of the Nairobi Hilton) and... We had booked two nights at this lodge last Sept. They first reduced our booking from three rooms to two rooms. We finally got three rooms for one night but not the second night. Bigger operators have more pull and they disregard smaller bookings. Also, didn't get a key for one room for 3 hours. Finally got the housekeeper's key.... More

Our Family of 4, children age 9 and 13 just returned from our Safari to Kenya. We stayed two nights at the Keekork lodge. Nice lodge inside the park, pool is nice and hippo walk is beautiful. Our driver Charles was great, and we saw many lions. No Leopards(too bad). We went on a day trip to the Mara River... More

We stayed for two nights as part of our safari itenary. Keekorok is a wonderful modern facility in the middle of the Masai. Very busy with lots of guests. The place is managed beautifully with very friendly and welcoming staff (135 in total). The rooms are located in a sprawling complex. It is 100 kms from the main road. You... More
