The hotel reception looks nice and the service is good. The rooms are standard: okay bed, fan, hot shower, mosquito nets available on request. The restaurant does good food and the breakfast (included) was good and filling. Centrally located, but very noisy at night (music, car alarms, etc.). Okay stay if it's just for one night.

Single woman, 82 yrs old, traveling solo, and having been flying or in transit for over 60 hours! On my way out of customs, I heard the usual call "TAXI" and paused to say I had to find out where to go before taking a taxi. As it turned out, this was a service to get you into a taxi... More

Spent one night after late arriving , I found it in a very quiet area and little creepy ! At morning you can see many people walking around and the location turns to be vivid . Not bad room with attached bathroom regarding to the price which is including breakfast Wifi only in the lobby and hard to reach in... More

This was the only property in Kenya that I booked on my own for a night stay in Nairobi on our arrival. The Hotel is in a busy lane with traffic plying till late night and the sound of bar singing accompanying your senses till well beyond midnight. But it being a weekend, the same was probably not unexpected. The... More

Good value hotel in downtown Nairobi. Prices are not fixed, be prepared to negotiate or pay extra. Full breakfast is included and they accept credit cards. WiFi works pretty well in the lobby, but not so well in the room.

Spent a night there but regretted the rooms are so small and was given a room with a broken cistern and could not be able to flush the toilet. Though the staff are friendly and there food also was not bad. Should at least repair the broken items in the rooms.

Big room, nice breakfast buffet, good wifi at 4000 kshs, perfect location if you need to travel by bus. Bit noisy, so ask for a room in the back. Doubting whether I'll give it 3 or 4 stars. 3.5 seems most appropriate. Tripadvisor insists on me writing 200 characters ... If yur really on a tight budget, try Niam hotel... More

Rooms were good with tv, warm water, quiet and wifi only available at 1st floor and its not fast. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ordinary. Location not very secure for walking at night snd its got very high human traffic during the day. Bus companies are just in the vicinity for travel to Kampala, Dar es Salam, Kigali, etc.
