Don't kid yourself - you're not going to get a hotel you really like in Nairobi without paying through the nose. You won't enjoy staying at Kenya Comfort, but you won't hate the place either. YOu will be consoled by the fact that there is very little in this price range in Nairobi (around $50). You can request a room... More

Last summer in vacation I decided to go at safari park of Kenya. I found the website www.bestkenyatravel and contacted through info@bestkenyatravel.com. There they have a package within it wildlife seeing and stay in the hotel named Kenya comfort hotel. I was amazed so much after going there that the travel agency is giving a great opportunity to have a... More

I chose to stay at the Boulevard hotel, although it was a bit above my price range (the price quoted by my tour company was $95US & prices were similar online) as this was the adjoining point for my tour which left early the morning after i´d flown into Nairobi airport. However, when i arrived i was surprised to be... More

We stayed at this hotel just becouse I thought it was inexpensive and its close proximity to the city center. The front desk staff were the most unfriendly ladies I ever met, they just have this negative attitude about guests. They held onto our passports all night because they said their photocopying machine was not working and they still needed... More

Dear Sir We apologize for what happened, to put the records straight. It is a government policy that we take copies of all our in house guests identification documents. This is one of the security measures to curb the high risk of terrorism threats experienced globally. Our copier machine was being serviced but unfortunately it took longer than required, by... I stayed here two nights while traveling solo in Kenya. The staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. My room was on the 5th floor, at the back of the hotel. Not much of a view but also away from most of the street noise. While small, the room was clean and comfortable with a TV and hot water.... More

My partner and I stayed in the Comfort Hotel several times during our travels in East Africa between November 2010 and January 2011 and found it to be a safe, comfortable and friendly home away from home. The rooms are simply furnished, but the beds are comfy, the mosquito nets intact and the showers hot. Everything is very clean, and... More

Hotel Was okay... convenient location, close to everything. Would have liked a mosquito net that actually covered the whole bed (dbl bed, single size mozzy net). Staff were efficient... facilities not amazing... but good for the price.

Superb location, wonderful staff. Feels really safe, large executive rooms huge bed, large ensuite with plenty of hot water, a bit of noise from corridor and outside but that is to be expected froma city hotel. Nice terrace

We only booked this hotel for the purpose a little rest and a shower between trips to the safari in the Masai Mara and then onto Egypt. So we wanted something inexpensive. What we found upon arrival is that they had no record of our reservation. When we turned on the shower, it sounded like a jackhammer. The screw that... More

We have read this contribution with great concern. We could like the guest to give us more details including the name and check in date. So that we’ll be able to verify their allegations and be able to find out what happened. But in a nutshell if a room has a problem and if there is availability the guest will... More

Hi, the Comfort Hotel is situated very central within Nairobi City. The hotel is nice and clean, taxis are always available in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We had a room in the 4th floor, two bedroom with windows towards the little park Jevanjee Gardens. Hotel is on the corner Monrovia Street / Muindi Mbingu... More
