My friend and I stayed there in between two safaris. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a wee bit noisy outside. the breakfast was good. There had been a duplicate payment on my card, which was an error. i contacted the hotel about this and they refunded the amount without any hassle. more

It's safe, friendly and not a bad price, so I would recommend this. The rooms are nothing to write home about, and check-in is wildly bureaucratic (even at 2am!) but I did like the people, and used the bar and restaurant a lot, too. more

We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor. We had a small double bed that was extremely saggy. I ended up sleeping on the tile floor, the bed was that uncomfortable.
