The overland companies use this joint as there is space to park and repair their trucks. They also try to park their passengers in the hotel. This hotel is a shambles. If this is your pre tour hotel pay the supplement to stay in The Heron which is right next door or The Fairview down the road.

I stayed here in combination with tours booked through Intrepid. While the rooms aren't fancy, they are comfortable, have TV, wifi and hot water. We arrived early morning expecting a long wait for a room to be ready. But staff found us a room very quickly. Manager even introduced himself. Money exchange and wifi available, food OK. Rooms a bit tired but fine for an overnight stay.
