The Boma Hotel in Nairobi is relatively new, and reasonably close to both the international airport and the Wilson airstrip. It is a lovely, modern hotel with exceptional security. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety both hot, cold, Asian and western. The rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. Our... More

The hotel is near the airport and in the outskirts. The rooms are big and from a high floor one can has a good 180 degree city view from a distance. The gym is big and lots of equipment. The water is probably hard as it takes a lot of time to remove soap. Also while having a bath experienced... More

Stayed at the Boma hotel last week for six nights. Excellent experience. Staff were great and helpful; our first day there, we had a hotel driver take us around the city for 6 hours to help get us oriented to being there. It was a cost effective 'tour' (about $70) that was a great orientation. Breakfast was amazing every single... More

We had stay there on our way back to home. The hotel is real 5 stars, it placed not far from the international airport and very convinient for not long stay in Nairobi. They have good restaurants and bars there and also good security service. The Carnivor restaurant is also not far and we visited it and enjoyed that a... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Boma. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The location is in a quiet area in Nairobi and fairly close to the airports (international and domestic). The hotel was quite modern and the employees were helpful. I would recommend staying here, especially given the fact that the hotel supports the Red Cross.

Stayed at this hotel a few times after previously staying elsewhere, but decided to give this a try as another option, and never disappointed! The rooms are very large by any standards; they have a good swimming pool and fitness centre (although the pool can be cold!); both the onsite restaurants are very good, and the dinner buffet at the... I have stayed at the Boma Nairobi and the hotel and the staff were the best, I can't find a word that will describe the experiences that I had, first day I over slept with the family, so we missed breakfast, when I asked if I can get some breakfast cereal for my son the manager had the restaurant service... We stayed here on the night of 23 Dec after our arrival late on the BA flight from LHR & prior to our departure for MBA the following morning. Our taxi journey was only 20 minutes both to & from the Boma. Our check in was prompt & friendly & we were soon enjoying a nightcap in the bar. Our... More

Friend had left behind his suit and returned to UK. Fearing a lengthy ordeal I took the challenge of picking it up. Delighted by prompt and effective service from Pascal and Esther. Had a quick peak at a room as was being nosy - large and impressively appointed.

Great location close to the airport and an absolute luxury hotel at a brilliant price. The staff can't do enough to help and the spa and breakfast is wonderful! Rooms were huge and very, very clean. Nothing bad to say at all!!
