Stayed for one night stopover. I would like to come back and stay for a month! I was pampered from beginning to end. Friendly and attentive service in what is definitely a world class hotel. The room was beautifully appointed and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was sumptuous and a very wide choice of menu. Security was very high and... More

We hired a room at the Boma Inn, not the actual main building, but it is next door. Apparently it is cheaper, but everything was great. A large conference table, projector and a projector screen that automatically goes up or down. Large, airy windows, and a good selection of snacks - not just your mandazis and arrow roots! The lunch... More

I recently stayed at the new Boma Inn part of the Boma Nairobi Hotel. In fact I conducted an international meeting with 25 people from eighteen countries. The facilities are nice. Rates are reasonable. Conference facilities are excellent. Hospitality and services are of high standard. Food and restaurants are excellent. We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed a very quick stay at the Boma...made a cancelled flight seem like a bonus instead of an inconvienence! Beautiful hotel, yummy buffet. Only wish I could have been there longer! Great night's sleep in an extremely comfortable room.

The Boma is a very good hotel with modern facilities and very good location. It is very close to Wilsons airport and close to the international airport and to the tourist attractions in Karen. I very much enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood which was safer and less stressful than the city centre. The hotel is very clean and the restaurants... More

There is no other hotel with the service of personalised service, facilities and quality of services in Nairobi - we need one IN the city as well :). However, it being near the airport also means I can enjoy a wonderful night before I leave early in the morning to a hardship post.

It is a disappointment I must say, given it claims as a five star. The location definitely is not an advantage if you go to Nairobi for tourism. Better stay in downtown hotels, such as Hilton - quick a nice one for coffee and food. It is just not value for money. I would give it a three star rating.

This a a wonderful place to be though its a bit far from the city centre in this day in age its a good thing i guess....the place is clean and the attention to detail and finishing is absolutely first class....not sure what happens at lunch time with the meals but the breakfast is really good with a wide variety....

We booked the room for the day because we had a midnight flight our. Beautiful room and very comfortable and clean. Had a nice lunch buffet and I believe they offer a dinner buffet too. The food was delicious. About 15 minutes from the airport. Very nice employees.

We stayed here for one night on our way through Nairobi to the Masai Mara. I almost made the mistake of making the reservation at The Boma Inn which is on the same property but which is much less luxurious, although it is cheaper. Thankfully, we did get the right hotel and we enjoyed it very much. Its quite a... More
