I would definitely stay here. I booked on Hotels.com which was way cheaper than on travelocity.com etc websites. There are VERY few hotels in Nairobi being a developing country, local people do not stay at hotels, so they tend to be expensive. Get back to the hotel by 5pm AT THE LATEST. The area is fine during the day, but... More

we had an enforced 1 night stay here due to a flight being cancelled so we probably not in the best of moods anyway, but this is not really a very nice hotel. It looks impressive from outside and the lobby area which is full height and very glitzy. Lots of shiny brass everywhere but when you go to the... More

The service experienced was first class. The stuff in the room was excellently arranged. The hotel is located close to a National park where one could relax. The staff at the hotel were smart and up to task.

The hotel is over priced, service is slow, carpets are soiled and the bathrooms needs an immediate makeover. It can be at best given a 3 star rating for which the tariff is exorbitant.. The only positive is the swimming pool which is centrally heated. Will not stay with them in future

Not a bad hotel - staff is extremely friendly and responsive; rooms are average but clean. Good location, close to downtown and several shops and small restaurants/coffeeshops/nightclubs in walking distance. Felt safe walking the streets around the hotel at night. Hotel is quiet, not much going on in the lobby or at the bar at night. Breakfast is very good;... More

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was excellent, the food was very good and the room was cozy. I would recommend anyone, it is worth the price if you book with the hotel and not with Agents. I booked through the Agents who told me that breakfast was included in the price and the price I was told was less... More

Having spent a unscheduled stop here for 7 nights due to the volcano incident. Below are my thoughts about the hotel (we didn't pay for our accommodation) Whilst this is not 5 star more like a top end 3 or 4. Food in the hotel is really good but rather pricey Rooms need an uplift Free WIFI in the hotel... More

Stayed in this hotel for a week for a conference -- room was paid for by organizers. This is not a place you want to stay unless other hotels are full or you can get a rate below $100 a night. Do not pay $200 or more. Room was not clean, with blood stains on the carpet, curtains, walls and... More

The air conditioning is only turned on for about 190 hours a day and is off overnight Since the windows won't stay open and there's no fan, getting a decent night's sleep was very difficult. They claim it's to preserve electricity but their 'preservation' efforts sure were not reflected in the price! The bathtub narrowed at the bottom so narrow... More
