Having stayed at this hotel when it was known as The Grand Regency.... This hotel has improved, but still has along way to go. The rooms are still very tired and dark.... Get some better lamps... Please! The pool and health club have been repainted and repaired... And the staff are much friendlier and more approachable than before.... Well done... more

Food was terrible and expensive. Internet was ridiculously expensive. The staff was pleasant but many--especially at the front desk--were not very helpful. Everytime I had any kind of question, needed an internet voucher, etc. I was told by the reception "go to the cashier". The wireless internet connection is horrible. the fee is 30USD for a day. (the competitor, New Stanley Hotel charge at 0.01Shiling per day).
