if you want to survive in style and regain strength after some spending days .. this is a good hotel in midst the city. Of course it is expensive but that is not the management s fault but the high budgets of the United Nations guys and the flies around them....if you dont want to bother and want a great... More

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent food and service. Breakfast buffet top notch. Only stayed one night before heading on safari but well worth it. Great security as well, they inspect every vehicle that drives in and luggage on the way in. Can't say enough great things about this hotel. Thanks

Best hotel gym for a long time. Plenty of personal trainers around and enough gadgets for everybody. Rest of hotel very nice too. Fairly old location, but interior still fresh. Excellent service with plenty of staff wherever you looked. Rooms not very large, but still had all the amenities, and fast wifi. Tourist shop downstairs was surprisingly good. I do... More

The hotel is a lovely but overpriced property in the heart of Nairobi. I think there is a general consensus amongst the hotel association to keep prices high! The hotel is surrounded by greenery which makes you think you are not in the centre of a major, heavily populated city. Security is very strict and all cars and guests must... More

This hotel has a warm welcoming staff. The lobby and bar area are comfortable. The pool area is delightful. The rooms are nice but a little tired. The breakfast are excellent and we ate dinner by the pool and it was very good. All staff are friendly. The level of security at this hotel is exemplary for anyone who might be concerned.

This is a wonderful calm and tranquil haven in the middle of Nairobi. We only stayed for a couple of nights before going to the coast but were very impressed. The standard of the rooms and public areas was excellent and the breakfast/dinner delicious. We didn't get chance to check out the pool but this too looked good. The concierge... More

I only stayed one evening, but the rooms were clean and very comfortable. There was a choice of various pillows, from super soft to very firm. The pool was large and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. An amazing choice of foods including standards like eggs and bacon, to salads and cheeses, a pancake/waffle bar, and much more. The staff was... More

Probably my favorite hotel in East Africa. Firstly, there is a 25m pool and it is a little heated. Perfect for training in. The gym is also well equipped. I could cross-train for a change. Secondly, there is a pillow service! I regularly struggle to find the right hotel pillow, they have a menu you can choose from! Thirdly, very... More

A good hotel that is relatively well located for the airport if your flight lands or departs later evening/ early morning. Traffic in Nairobi can be problematic so plan correctly. The hotel is still great but showing its age. The rooms are a good size and well serviced. The staff are friendly and attentive. The dining/ pool area is very... More
