This hotel is a great hub to meet the business community of Nairobi, great food and service, excellent attention to details specially at the rooms, more than expected. Try the SPA to get relaxation message sessions. Good location near City Center.

Spent my first evening in Kenya at the Nairobi Serena hotel before heading out on a 12 day photographic Safari. Great way to unwind for a night before our road trip to the Saamburu Preserve. We also had a day room after returning from the Masai Mara so we could shower, eat and pack for our evening trip home.

The Maghreb Restaurant really is the "Go To" place for serious business breakfast meetings. Their buffet style is expansive yet inexpensive. The waiters are attentive yet polite. But oat of all their response to my "unique dietary demands "were met with an assurance that they would try their best, which they did (Gluten free and starch free options were readily available... Always enjoy coming back to the Nairobi Serena Hotel, staff are always friendly and polite, waiters are always smiling. Breakfast is always good, even at peak times, when the breakfast buffet was a bit thin, the management were quick to set up to the plate, and have items replenished. As always , I look forward to my next trip to... More
