This was my first visit to Nairobi and I was very satisfied with the service in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the stuff was very helpful. They always adapted to our time schedule and delivered tasty breakfast even at the most early hours that big hotels normally don't do. The hotel has a nice inside garden and is... More

We arrived at Nairobi and stayed over at this place before proceeding to the safari and found this hotel to be a really convenient place to stay, with pleasant staff who provide good food. You get to enjoy the food either in the restaurant or the well set-out garden area outside.

If it weren't for the lack of internet, I would have given this top rating. The staff were spectacularly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water was hot, and the mosquito netting was set up for me each evening. The grounds were quiet, accessible, relaxing and green. I was able to run every morning, and the... More

Amazing service; comfortable rooms; excellent value for Nairobi; good breakfasts (they even bought yogurt just for me); just across the street from a small mall with at least one good restaurant with repeat value; and near access roads to major areas of Nairobi (including north, south, and to downtown) making its location convenient. In case you are wondering: yes, this... More

Kingdom Gardens is located on the fringe of the city and is particularly good because it has wifi in various part of the guest house. The rooms are clean and hot water was good. Opposite the hotel is a mall with a supermarket plus, importantly, a money changer which closes at 5 pm. One can stock up some snack etc... More

Very nice staff that really want you to feel at home. Clean. Beautiful garden. I was on a work trip related to United Nations Environmnet Programme's Governing Council, en Kingdom Gardens is at a practical distance from the UNEP HQ, still need to take a taxi to get there - not walking distance.

In my previous ( first) review on kingdom Garden Hotel in Nairobi, I was incorrectly asserted that there was a problem in newly installed hot water shower system in this hotel we stayed. The fact is that after my review published on December 13, 2012, my fellow tourist in the same travel group corrected me that they too initially had... More

The hotel is small, private & in a great location. The staff are very friendly, helpful & the food great! The chef is very flexible & was able to cater for my strict dietary needs.
