In town for a UN conference, I had the worst hotel stayof my life at Daisy homes. The first thing I did after checking out (which was horirbly difficult, see below) was to recommend to the UN to take this hotel from their acocmodation list in the area. For the first 24 hours the wifi didn't work, however she called someone to fix it straight away and it was fixed the next day. She also was... More

Daisy Home is our second guest house in less than one week in Nairobi, where we come to settle down for a year. Nairobi being an important UN hub, the price of accommodation is overrated. And it seems that there is no review for this specific setting Anyway we hope through this review, avoid such inconvenience to you We agree... More

I would like to apologise for your negative experience at our establishment. We have since rectified the situation. We have installed a backup generator and have made sure that our facility is now up to par. Regarding the management, we have now employed all new staff and have trained them accordingly.
