I stayed here for over a week. There is a very pleasant atmosphere and excellents service. As a guest you feel at home here. Staff takes care of you with an eye for detail. I can certainly recommend the place for people working for the UN or just outside Nairobi. Will for sure return!

No other name could be more fitting than what it is popularly known, “Comfort Gardens”. Comfort Gardens is a Guest House/B&B in Gigiri in Nairobi, Kenya which is quite literally a garden of lovely flowers, varieties of plants and trees, birds of different kinds, complete with ponds, small waterfalls, and a swimming pool. It is also a garden of friendship... More

I stayed at Comfort Gardens with a large group of work colleagues while we were attending a meeting at the United Nations nearby. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The internet connection was a little intermittent there but I could easily go to the lobby and pick up a stronger signal.... More

I booked our visit -- for 15 of us -- from the U.S., and had a fantastically helpful, welcoming and organized email correspondence with Comfort Gardens leading up to our arrival. When I needed to make adjustments, the hotel readily helped me make the changes. They booked our dinner for us in a nearby restaurant when I emailed about that,... More

Comfort Gardens provides all the required hotel facilities - well-functioning wireless intenet, clean room, sheets towels, good bed, ok desk, well-functioning bathroom, safe, sufficient hangers in the wardrobe, nice garden, pool and bar area - while maintaining a welcoming family atmosphere. Friendly staff accommodate extra wishes, if at all possible, such as early breakfast, storage of bike, etc. There is... More

I was doing a 5 month volunteer job in Nairobi and this hotel was closest to my job. Everything about this place epitomizes comfort. The hotel should be called Hotel Heaven. The rooms were clean and spacious. The water was hot and plentiful. I felt very safe (as a single female) staying there. The staff, from the front desk to... More

Stayed here two times in August on the recommendation of a friend. The hotel is near a nice shopping area called the Village Market and in a very safe part of Nairobi. We stayed here for a week (R&R). We felt we got our money's worth plus more. We felt the staff were more focused on being friendly and helpful, and not on making an extra buck off us (as is the case some places). Every morning there was a warm breakfast buffet. Sometimes we arrived after the main breakfast rush, and... More
