Marble Arch Hotel in the city center of Naiorobi is a comfortable place in the hectic center of the capital. It is very central. Staf is helpful. Rooms are very nice. Wifi is available in the whole building. Food is oké. The atmosphere in the restaurant and bar is not really great. I paid 7200 kshs for a comfort room.

Recently i had spent few nights in Nairobi. This hotel is a good one in terms of security, stay quality and the location. However, be careful to step out of hotel after 7pm. The in-house security is really reliable.

We were excited to have you Parth. Thanks for your compliments on our security. We are making it even more tight by having regular patrols by our government agencies. We have also renovated half of our rooms and this is continuing till the end of June. We look forward to having you again. Kind regards, Immaculate- Hotel manager More

Good located, but u should be more careful at nights. Don't walk with bags/purse/ etc. security man in the hotel was very helpful. Stuff are helpful but don't wait them to talk a lot. Walking back to ur hotel can be little dangerous ( for a lady). Out side Hotel is noisy so u will not able to sleep

Location is great, seems to be central to everything in the city. The staff was very kind and attentive. I stayed there 11 nights and each night it was loud outside could not shut out the noise. That would be the only reason I would not stay again. The food was good and the wait staff were very courteous. The... More

We stayed two nights in the suite (before our safari) and one night in a regular room (after our safari). The suite was quite large and nice b/c we were there a full day and were able to watch a movie in the living room. The room needed updating and the tile work, etc. was a little sloppy. Great balcony.... More

Nicely appointed with a great bathroom (nice bathtub, big sink, fluffy towels, shelves to put your things, lights in different places, all clean and new), changing area. There are a tea kettle, fridge, mosquito netting, and small bottle of water every day. Part of the corridor space is open-air so the hotel is fresh and feels spacious. Wifi is decent,... More

Located at the heart of Nairobi city, Marble Arch hotel is worth considering if you have something to do late atmnight within the NCBD. If you are looking for a cozy place, look elsewhere. It is practical, not cossy. If you are paranoid, about your security, this is not for you, even though it is not insecure. Food is amazing.... More

I have stayed at the Marble Arch, Nairobi, Kenya, every year since 2008. The service is the best ever, and the staff is the most courteous I've ever encountered. In addition, the food is WONDERFUL! The hotel is quaint but beautiful.

I stayed here one night on a layover. I arrived at the Marble as the hotel I was booked at, had no rooms after booking on Bookings.com (nightmare). I checked on line for other options under 150USD and the Marble came up. The Marble hotel is right in Nairobi town. It’s easy to get to depending on the traffic and... More
