Great location, amazing view from the top, where you can have a nice dinner and enjoy both the Nile and the Luxor Temple. People at the reception were helpful and made my stay unforgettable. I spent a lot of time talking to them and it was a nice way of getting to know more about their culture and way of... More

Just got back from Egypt and catching up with reviews of places we stayed at. We originally booked the Nefertiti for 3 weeks and planned to travel to various other places using it as a base. We arrived very late (03.00) due to our luggage not making the transfer at Cairo. Of course not the hotels fault. On arrival at... More

The locations was excellent, the rooms were clean and stylish, the food was delicious and reasonable priced (plus you can chose to eat in your room, on the roof, or in the street patio), and the rooftop terrace has a view of the Nile and Luxor temple that is absolutely stunning. Not to mention, the staff went above and beyond... More

The hotel has a very good location, it is located in front of the Luxor temple and it has a great view from the rooftop. We also booked a day trip with them which was very good (it had a driver, air conditioned vehicle and guide included), They were able to arrange an english guide for us on the night... More

My partner & I stayed here for 4 nights May/June. We both loved it. It's location is terrific, you can see Luxor Temple from the roof terrace and the market is at the end of the lane. Railway station is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant has a good selection and the food... More

The Nefertiti Hotel was brilliant! And so cheap. The food was the best I have ever tasted and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the roof terrace was just stunning at sunset. I was very cold in bed but it was February.

I've been in Luxor with my wife and daughter, and by Lonely Planet I found out about Nefertiti Hotel. As it was a very good location, near Luxor Temple, I decided to stay there, and what a nice surprise! The rooms were modest but clean, the roof top restaurant with a great view to the Nile River and at night... More
